Dj Muggs has been having resurgence of late. Dope loop, dope drums and lyrics about dope. 

This is interesting mix, putting wu-vocals to Midnight Marauders beats. Works suprisingly well!

Again quality anniversary mix from Chris Read. Mecca and The Soul Brother is a flawed classic and has some fillers (as a whole I prefer Main Ingredient) but naturally the best songs are best that Pete Rock has ever done.

Das EFX was quite gimmicky, but still had stellar songs in all their three first albums. The debut album was of course the best and kickstarted the whole diggidy craze. 

Posthumous review of Supreme Clientel 

One of the all-time best jazz albums and one of the most sampled as well. Great mix by Chris Read

Listening to the new Lox album got me into rabbithole of old Ruff Ryders -songs. This party staple from DMX´s second album set Woodstock on fire. I think we sometimes forget how huge DMX was on his prime. 

This Savage-beef is reaching Inception-level heights. There is no only 21, 22 but also 23 Savage

The New Lox album is quite underwhelming (no surprise there), but this Dj Premier -produced song got my head bopping.

Although new De La Soul -album was a disappointment, I can always go back to their four first albums (which are not in Spotify or other streaming services, but that is different story). Good short documentary of those great times.
