It makes me sad that the The 100 writers seem to think that we love the show less just because Bellarke isn’t romantically canon. Really sad.

I love this fucking show. Every part of it. It’s smart, difficult, painful, exciting, beautiful and so much more. Every episode challenges me to my core. The things these characters do to survive make fans go on twitter discussing it and bugging the writers. We are effected because we care. They are telling a story worth caring about. It’s a damn ass ride and I love love love being on it.

I ship Bellarke. Hardcore. I’m not afraid of shipping them. I’m not afraid of telling the writers that I ship them. BUT and I can’t stress this enough, shipping Bellarke doesn’t mean I love the show any less. It doesn’t mean that I’m a brain dead shipper who can’t see what an awesome show this is, even if Bellarke aren’t together. I can love this show and still ship Bellarke. Bellarke is a part of this show. It’s one part that I really love. Just like I love Octavia and what happens to her. Just like I adore Kane and want to see what happens with him. Just like I freaking stan Raven and her badassery. And just like I cried for 2 days when Finn was killes off and his story ended.

Do I want Bellarke to be together? Heck yes. Do I want the show to make that happen just because I want them to? No. I respect this show. I respect the writers. I want it to happen but I want it to make sense if and when it does. I don’t want them to half-ass it. If they do it, THANK YOU JESUS, but if they don’t do it, the show will kick ass either way!

I love this freaking show… but I also love Bellarke. They are not mutually exclusive. I wish the writers would understand that

#this is where I live y'all #no vampires or werewolves I promise #just a LOT of trees #and rain A LOT of rain #washington state #pacific northwest #olympic peninsula #I'm so lucky to be able to see these sights everyday by just going for a quick drive #That lake is Lake Cresant pretty sure #and that is the highway/road i drive every summer to get to that lake to go swimming #and that beach looks familiar too though I can't tell which one it is #could be Ruby beach or one of the beautiful beaches in La Push

Aaah, that's a shame. Well, trust me when I say that shit goes down in the second season. Like, if you think S1 got a bit crazy, it's nothing compared to what we've seen in S2. And we're only half way through it. :D Just hang in there! I hope it goes up on Hulu soon!

Okay, so I don't know how many of my followers watch The 100, but for those who do, I have a request!

If you live on the west coast (or are in Pacific time, or whatever, like I am) I know you've probably already watched the mid season finale online (also like me lol)

But I have a request! Even if you've already watched it, please keep your TV on the live premier at 9:00PM! We still gotta get those ratings for the demo! I know I'LL certainly be watching it again, because holy mother of... It was epic. And if I didn't worship the ground Clarke Griffin walked on before, I certainly do now! :D

And for all of my friends who haven't watched The 100, I HIGHLY recommend it, and trust me, it's really hard for a tv show to get my recommendation. Like, it has to be as awesome and meaningful and beautiful as A:TLA and LOK to get my vote. For real.
