In light of the new rise of Logan workaholic propaganda, I'd like to take a moment to discuss 5 things Logan actually likes outside of work to remind everyone that he has actual hobbies.
1. Reading! (Forgive me for my screenshots, getting one with him looking at his damn book is hard)
Reading is a obvious hobby of Logan's, but it is a important one! Logan is big into murder mysteries and detective fiction, but he also just likes reading for the sake of reading, hence why he's been seen just reading textbooks for the hell of it.
I feel like this fandom is well aware of Logan's love of puzzles, but I don't think the scope is properly appreciated. We've seen him rise up while in the middle of a puzzle, meaning we know this is something he does on his own while he has downtime, meaning that we know he is not working all the time! Also, it being an established enough hobby of Logan's that Virgil felt confident on making him a puzzle for Christmas should not go unappreciated!
Logan is, as every nerd should be, a sci-fi enthusiast. Most people are aware of his love for Dr.Who and Star Trek, but he's also a Portal fan which I think fits him very well but that's probably another post.
Logan is undeniably a stem nerd, though chemistry is his supposed strong suit. Logan finds a way to work chemistry into most of his solo moments, hence the elements song and his jam ad. He's also got various chemistry posters and other decorations in his (bed)room, on top of his various sci-fi decorations.
Logan's love of psychology isn't just a tool to push the narrative; it is very important to his position in the group and his self-esteem. His self-esteem is directly tied to how useful he feels, it's why him being ignored hits him so hard.
Something of note I guess, Logan isn't as much of a workaholic as he used to be. He was definitely one (or at least he encouraged C!Thomas to be one) in season one, but I think that going into season two he had a much better work life balance, for both himself and C!Thomas. I think that Logan has an issue with making time for himself, and that it gets much worse when he's in a bad mental state, which is why he's been leaning into an unhealthy work-life balance these past few episodes. My theory is that he's actually working less, instead isolating himself and not managing his responsibilities because he'd much rather let everything go to shit then argue with the other sides to try and fix it, hence why Roman has moved ahead with the Nico situation despite everyone's hesitance and why Janus has fully taken over the apartment situation, Logan is NOT doing his job of keeping everyone organized.
