Rules
18+ only please, mun is an adult and not comfortable roleplaying with minors.
Somewhat selective, but open to crossovers, original characters, and au characters.
There will be NSFW, I'm open to pairings with just about anyone and non-exclusive.
If you start drama or I find out you regularly engage in drama with other blogs, I'll block you. I dealt with enough of that in my early roleplay days, I'm not doing it again.
Please be patient if I don't respond quickly, sometimes I have things going on irl and sometimes it just takes me a bit to come up with a response. If I need to drop a thread for some reason, I will try and let you know.
About Bakura
Age: 34 (variable depending on age of others' muses) (originally died at 16, spirit for 3000~ years, got his own body through a ritual and now ages normally)
Height: 5'10"
Gender: Cis male
Sexuality: Pan, but with a preference for men
Residence: Lives in a small apartment in Domino City within walking distance from work.
Habits: Bakura has a morning ritual of making himself a cup of spiced chai tea because it reminds him of his former life and the few things in his current life that he cares about.
He shoplifts casually when he can get away with it, partly out of habit and partly to keep himself sharp. Usually just cheap things, but occasionally jewelry.
Occupation: Convenience store clerk with lots of random connections and a few side hustles - temps as a bartender, does bike deliveries, etc. Chances are he knows a guy for whatever you're looking for.
Appearance: Bakura is pale and thin with long, messy silvery-white hair and two batwing-like spikes that seem to defy all styling.
Even against his pale skin, faint scars are visible below his right eye and on his left hand and shoulder, a combination of the scars sustained by his original body and his host's that reappeared on his new form.
He typically dresses casually, wearing either jeans or comfortable and loose-fitting clothes. He also likes gold jewelry, especially big and gaudy pieces that make him look like a bit of a fashion disaster. He's gotten better at taking care of himself and his appearance in the years since coming back, but not having a corporeal form that was truly his for so long got him out of the habit of eating, sleeping, and bathing regularly.
Personality: While he isn't bent on revenge anymore, he still has traces of the version of him that partnered with Zorc, including a sadomasochistic streak.
He tends to be standoffish towards those he doesn't know and can be dismissive until opening up to someone. With those he's more comfortable or relaxed around (and also those he is familiar with but doesn't get along with) he reverts to his more arrogant and catty self, enjoying bickering and giving the appearance that he has everything under control (even if he doesn't).
Rarely seen is his caring side. While he is not outwardly affectionate, he becomes very protective of those few people he decides to care about. It is the one time he will let his guard down and when he is at his most vulnerable.
