!!!This is a very important moment that deserves to be commended!!!
Donald Trumpâs Chicago rally Friday night was canceled as large crowds of about 1000 Black Lives Matter and Anti-Trump protesters amassed inside and outside the arena, leading organizers to fear for the âsafety and security of those gathered.â
Protesters walked throughout the arena, arms linked, holding up signs, and even chanting âBernie!!â, showing Trump just how Chicago welcomes people like him
source
#StayWoke
Amazing.Â
And then they assaulted and sexually assaulted trump supporters.Â
How about you actually read up on the Chicago protests before blindingly accepting what you see on tumblr.Â
GG.
Iâm laughing so hard at âthe triggeringâ. Itâs the most poorly organised attack Iâve ever seen. They arenât even posting particularly shocking or triggering content, Iâm not even sure what theyâre trying to do. And theyâre all actually tagging it as #The Triggering, thus making it incredibly easy to block and ignore.
These special varieties of asshole seem to have a focus on âspecial snowflakesâ, but honestly theyâre making themselves more âspecial snowflakeâ than any non-troll Iâve ever seen called that on this site, which adds some hilarious irony to their already stupid attempt at attacking people.
Funny thing is its working, people are getting triggered by it.Â
This is beautiful chaos, please dance for me more monkeys!Â
i seriously canât believe that some people would actually want to purposely trigger people for funâŚâŚ like⌠youâre going out of your way to trigger negative feelings out of mentally ill people and/or people who have suffered past trauma (etc??) and potentially putting them at risk, and all for shits and gigglesâŚ
Nobody is at risk from people shitposting online, jesus christ.Â
The wonderful thing about hashtags and the internet is you can disconnet at any time. i mean unless you want to feel like a victimÂ
why tf does âthetriggeringâ exist?? I donât understand?? why are these shitty anti-sjws or whatever targeting vulnerable minorities online like thatâs so fucking wrong lmao
just leave us alone pls
>vulnerable minorities online
fucking kek.Â
I think the triggering might do you some good, might make you grow a spine instead of saying you are âvulnerableâ online.Â
Go outside for christ sake.Â

in the spirit of #thetriggering Iâm gonna get some shit off my chest that would be considered controversial:
straight people are mostly boring
any ally who gives themselves a big old pat on the back for having basic human decency is unbearably obnoxious and I canât stand being around them.
there are more than two genders
otherkin are totally fine and arenât hurting anyone
the amount of media attention given to the Paris attacks compared to the attention given to similar attacks in Beirut is really alarming and symptomatic of deep-rooted, disgusting racism.
representation of differenct sexualities, ethnicities, etc in a story is actually great from a stylistic perspective as well as it makes it much more interesting and varied. Anything thatâs all white cishet men will have to jump through a lot of hoops to keep my attention.
most everything that Anita Sarkeesian has ever said is not only right, but really basic.
Space Jam was a pile of shit
I smell poes law.Â
I still donât know how people are STILL voting for Trump???
Like⌠EVEN IF YOU WERE TO TAKE AN OBJECTIVELY NEUTRAL STANDPOINT, if you knew NOTHING about him, his character, what he believes, etc and like, placed him in a movie and had him interact with others, your first instinct upon watching would be âOh man this guy is totally the villain.â
I really hope to fucking god no one lets this abrasive asshole into office.
Like if Bernie doesnât win the primaries (and I pray to god he does), we all need to band together and vote for Hillary if Trump is the republican candidate.
(And then we need to clear out congress and get some new blood in there, please, donât just vote for the pres and think youâre helping change how America is gonna run.)
Nigga whut?Â
hillery is posibly the worst choice you could ever make, there is a reason she i known as shillery.Â
if burnie loses you are double fucked, just pick trump. its the lesser of two evils at this point.Â
Trump is worse than Hillary, not by a massive amount, but by a significant amount. Â Policy aside, he lacks experience. Â He has no good ideas about how to do anything he suggests. Â I donât think he knows much about economics or politics. Â He seems unable to handle anything diplomatically, resorting to petty insults. Â The republican party and democratic party do not respect him and will be unwilling to work with him as President. Â Also, I donât think he feels beholden to anyone, especially the American people, which as a politician, you need to be. Â
So, as much as I hate Hillary (and I do), I would still vote for her over Trump, IF it came to that. Â But itâs not over yet. Â So all this talk about âeveryone vote for Hillary if Bernie losesâ seems a bit premature. Â Although I understand why people are worried about it. Â
So you would shove america further into the corporations pockets because trump is inexperienced and a bit of a bully?Â
Hillery is not anyone friend, i hate people voting for her â because shes a woman candidateâ like that makes any god damn difference, shes a shill and would gladly sell out america so the corporations that give her money profit.Â
The thing is trump would probably use his presidential power, i donât think he would let the republicans and democrats block him if he really wanted something.Â
Personally i would vote trump over hillery but thats because i absolutely hate corporate americaÂ
âSo you would shove america further into the corporations pocketsâŚâ
Um, no, thatâs the last thing I would do. Â
Trump IS corporate America. I donât know how you get any more corporate than him. Â I understand people get all excited because his campaign is self-funded, but that doesnât mean heâll actually do anything to bring corporate America to heel and get money out of politics. Â Nothing he has said or done has led me to believe he will try to overturn Citizens United, for example. Â
And yes, I do take into consideration factors such as: how much experience someone has, how that person handles conflict, in addition to the other points I made above. Â Experience/knowledge is incredibly important when it comes to being President. Â I couldnât do it, most (all?) of my followers couldnât do it. Â Thatâs not bashing me or them. Â Itâs just to point out how complicated, nuanced, and difficult politics is. Â
His continuous personal attacks trouble me in a couple of ways. Â First of all, if you canât reign in your emotions and your words, then you have no self-control, or no desire for self-control. Â Thatâs not a sign of intelligence. Â Itâs dangerous. Â Also, when his rebuttals consist of statements such as, âSheâs ugly,â or whatever, it shows me he actually has no relevant and cogent rebuttals to make. Â Heâs not actually refuting anything that person is saying, because he canât. Â
I did not say I would vote for her because sheâs a woman, so I hope youâre not lumping me in with those people. Â I never have and never will vote for someone based on their gender, race, orientation, religion, etc. Â I do not âsupport all womenâ. Â I believe respect and support are earned, not bestowed upon someone because they have a vagina.Â
Nor did I say that she doesnât represent corporate interests. Â She does. Â Iâve said many times that sheâs a bought politician. Â BUT, whether or not I vote for her (I probably will; if not, Iâll write in Sanders), that doesnât change the fact that sheâs still better than Trump.Â
âtrump would probably use his presidential powerâÂ
Ignoring the fact that most of Trumpâs ideas are horrible and they would have far-reaching deleterious effects for our country from an economic, human rights, international, etc. perspective, the bottom line isâŚÂ
Thatâs not how American government works. Â A President does not have carte blanche to do whatever the hell he/she wants. Â The President is actually able to do very, very little without support from Congress. (Which is why itâs important that Americans also vote in midterm elections and such, but thatâs another conversation for another time.)
On his/her own, the President:
is the Commander in Chief of the armed forces. He or she has the power to call into service the state units of the National Guard, and in times of emergency may be given the power by Congress to manage national security or the economy.
has the power make treaties with Senate approval. He or she can also receive ambassadors and work with leaders of other nations.
is responsible for nominating the heads of governmental departments, which the Senate must then approve. In addition, the president nominates judges to federal courts and justices to the United States Supreme Court.
can issue executive orders, which have the force of law but do not have to be approved by congress.
can issue pardons for federal offenses.
can convene Congress for special sessions.
can veto legislation approved by Congress. However, the veto is limited. It is not a line-item veto, meaning that he or she cannot veto only specific parts of legislation, and it can be overridden by a two-thirds vote by Congress.
delivers a State of the Union address annually to a joint session of Congress.
Thatâs a really shortened summary. Â Obviously things are a lot more complicated than that. Â Iâm not saying that a President doesnât have power. Â But most of what he/she wants to do is limited by the will of Congress.
Basically, we have three branches of government (executive, judicial, legislative), which are part of a system of checks and balances, to ensure that no single person has absolute control over our country. Â The President would be the executive branch and Congress (consisting of the Senate and House of Representatives) would represent the legislative branch. Â Thereâs lots of neat infographics that you can find that also explain the whole concept of checks and balances in a simple way:
In short, itâs not a matter of Trump just doing what he wants. Â He would, quite literally, be unable to. Â You can find a lot of examples of Obama being blocked by the republican majority in Congress; it happens all the time. Â They are extremely petty about it all.
I would still rather have trump than Hillary because as you said she is bought.Â
you have seen firsthand what bought politicians can do, they ruin the environment and fuck the country.Â
Hell if thats not enough shes a criminal and should not be given power at all! this is not some wishy washy âeh well maybe she didâ its provable that she broke the law. now i understand that politicians break the law all the time, especially world leaders but the fact she was dumb enough to get caught just irks me.Â
far too often i see people saying â well she would be the first lady president!!â and voteing solely on that, i know you personally would not do that because you educate yourself on these kinds of things but i dont exactly give most of tumblr that credit because most people are idiots.Â
its kinda analogous to the people only voteing trump because they dislike muslims, you are voting for 1 aspect and ignoring the rest.Â
What trump is doing with the personal attacks and spectacle is actually really smart. people seem to dismiss him as â just a racist, KKK member who is just loud!â but if that was the case then he would of been out ages ago. he is playing the publicity game, he speaks simply to engage the common man, his ideas can be summarised in a sentence. that is why hes doing so well and why he will probably end up running for president.Â
the majority of what comes out his mouth is horse shit, he doesnât believe that and anyone who thinks he does doesnât know politicians very well. hes got that cult of personality going.
what is surprising though is that he used to (probably still does) hold very left leaning liberal views, hes probably playing the republican party.Â
He is a real wild card and nobody really understands what he stands for, in that account you are absolutely correct that he is dangerous. however a corporate shill vs a self funded candidate that has no prior history to politics is a breath of fresh air.Â
politicians are generally scumbags and morons, just because a politician has experience does not mean they are suited to run anything.Â
As ive said before i have no horse in this race because im not american but i sincerely hope that you vote trump over hillary because i dont think america can survive another corporate buttfucking.Â
also as a side not what do you think to burnie saying âwhite people dont understand what its like to be poorâ is he trying to lose the vote of the lower class?Â
âhe speaks simply to engage the common manâŚthe majority of what comes out his mouth is horse shit, he doesnât believe that â
Actually, the majority of Americans Iâm pretty sure oppose the KKK. Even most people in the deep south, who hold conservative values, still highly dislike the KKK. Â So yes, he did speak simply, but that wasnât particularly engaging to the common man. Â As far as all the other shit he says, whether he says that stuff because heâs pandering to his demographic or because he really believes those things, I have no idea. Â Either way, I donât want someone who actually thinks what he thinks. Â And I donât want someone who panders (which is, incidentally, exactly what Hillary does). Â
As far as him being ahead right now, you have to consider how many republicans were/are in the race (i.e. A LOT). If you do the math on the states he won, he does not win the MAJORITY of votes; he wins the highest percentage of votes. Letâs take a look at New Hampshire, for example:
As you can see, Trump won with 35.3%. Â But add up all the other candidateâs percentages below him ( 15.5+11.7+11+10.6+7.4+4.1+2.3+.7+.6+.1+.1+.1), and their combined percentage is 64.7%. Thatâs 64.7% of people in New Hampshire who DID NOT vote for Trump. Â Itâs similar to that in every state. Â If Trump were running against one other person (like the democrats are), I think itâs very likely all those 64.7% of anti-Trump people would be voting for the âTrump alternativeâ and Trump would be losing right now. Â
Also, in national polls, Trump tends to lose against both democratic candidates (he loses against Bernie by a much wider margin than Hillary). Â So I donât know that he really is that popular.
As far as him holding leftist views, he was never âvery left leaning liberalâ. Â He was moderately liberal. Â Not all liberals or democrats are the same. Â I donât know whether this change of heart is genuine or not. Â I do know that other politicians have changed their minds (i.e. some have gone to the left, and some have gone more to the right) and for all the evidence presented, itâs seemed genuine. Â Their voting record changes, their tone changes, they remain consistent in their alleged conversion. Â So unless he gives me some reason to doubt his new found republican values, Iâm going to take him at his word. Â Heâs done nothing during his campaign to make me think he is anything other than conservative. Â In fact, Reagan, one of the worst Presidents weâve ever had, started off as a democrat, but became a republican, and no one denies his strong conservative values (heâs like the republican God now). Â
âhowever a corporate shill vs a self funded candidate that has no prior history to politics is a breath of fresh air.â
I disagree. Â Both are horrible. Â I also disagree that Trump isnât a corporate shill. Â Like I said, he IS corporate America. Â His main concern has always been his own power and/or business profit. Â
âjust because a politician has experience does not mean they are suited to run anything.â
True, some politicians arenât suited to be President (i.e. Bush, I think he was too stupid to be President). Â But someone who has NO experience, is NEVER suited to run our country. Like I said, itâs a complicated job. Someone who has no business experience couldnât be CEO of a company. Â Why do people think that someone who has no experience could run a country? Â It makes no sense.Â
âAs ive said before i have no horse in this race because im not american but i sincerely hope that you vote trump over hillary because i dont think america can survive another corporate buttfucking.â
No offense, but I think I know whatâs best for my own country. Â I understand how our government works, I understand the complicated webs of power that exist, I know the issues that plague our country, Iâve lived with these candidates for 28+ years and followed some of their careers for decades. Â It is very easy for you, as an outsider, to jump to certain conclusions because you are not from here (as you admitted). Â But letâs be honest, I know more than you when it comes to American politics. Â So while itâs fine that you have an opinion, Iâm not going to substitute it for my own. Â I think Iâm equipped to make an informed decision about my country. Â
âwhat do you think to burnie saying âwhite people dont understand what its like to be poorâ is he trying to lose the vote of the lower class?â
So, the full quote is: âWhen youâre white, you donât know what itâs like to be living in a ghetto. Â You donât know what itâs like to be poor. You donât know what itâs like to be hassled when you walk down the street or you get dragged out of a car. And I believe that as a nation in the year 2016, we must be firm in making it clear, we will end institutional racism and reform a broken criminal justice system.â Â Just putting that in there for anyone reading this who is unfamiliar with what was said.
Obviously, if I take his statement at face value, I disagree. Â Because of course, white people know what itâs like to be poor! Â BUT, Bernie knows this, too, and has demonstrated with his actions numerous times that he does care about disadvantaged white people (disadvantaged anyone). Â He did not do the best job of providing the context for his words, which is understandable given that he was speaking off the cuff. And usually, heâs an excellent speaker who hits all his points spot on, so his statement didnât bother me too badly. I got what he was trying to say. Â
The fact is that people of color, black people, do experience more poverty than white people. Â They also are incarcerated at higher rates than whites (even if you control for factors such as socioeconomic status). Â They also experience more police violence. Â Thereâs a lot of things that black people experience more than whites, on average. Â This is not to say that whites NEVER experience all those things. Â But the point is that racial discrepancies still exist, and that the black experience is unique to black people, just like the female experience is unique to females, and the male experience is unique to males, etc. Â Like I think we all have shared experiences that cross lines of gender or race or whatever. But do I, a woman, truly know what itâs like to be a man? Â No, I donât, even if that man and I have experienced similar situations. Â Thatâs how I interpreted his statement. Â
Additional explanation can be found: here.
Bernieâs policies would positively impact everyone, but they would have an even bigger positive impact on communities of color, because typically communities of color are poorer than white communities. Â
So no, I donât think he was trying to lose the lower class vote. Thatâs absurd. Â He was trying to make a point about race in our country. He didnât do the best job of it, but I donât think he did the worst. Â If people are only going to listen to one soundbite, and ignore all the other things heâs said and done, then those people probably need to educate themselves a bit more before they vote. Â
I never said anything about the KKK, what i meant was that he simplifies his statements so much that anyone can understand them. he understands (no offence) that the average american is stupid and ill informed when it comes to politics. im not picking on america only for this, its common in every country, hence why the UK got camaron because all the old âcard carrying conservativesâ blindly voted for him because tribalism or some shit.Â
Those numbers surprise me actually, never actually thought about it like that.Â
I suppose in a way thats a flaw with the voteing system.Â
As for the shilling
The difference is that hillary is concerned with the welfare of her donors, trump is concerned about trump. why would he bail out or give favors to anyone else? Thats why i say he is the lesser of 2 evils when it comes to this.Â
I have my problems with burnie, mainly his economic plans (i just donât understand how exactly he plans to make all this work) but he is the best candidate you have.Â
âBut someone who has NO experience, is NEVER suited to run our countryâÂ
see this is where i strongly disagree with you, politics is a business of lies.
i dont see why we should give anyone who comes from that world any more merit than someone who owns a trans national corporation. the problem i have with politics is it produces the same dusty old fat white men who only care about their bottom line or the bottom line of their donors. Burnie is a anomaly from this system due to his activism when he was younger, but if you constantly vote for ONLY politicians then you will continue to get people like Hillary and rubio.Â
I hope i made myself clearer in that regard.Â
I take no offense to you saying i donât know that much about american politics, its not something im an expert in. I just like to discuss these things and get peoples opinions, too often when you say âvote for trumpâ you are considered a racist or some other completely powerless word, it simply shuts down the conversation. thatâs why i appreciate you taking the time out of your day to discuss this.Â
Although this post is getting titanic in length.Â

Heâs referencing the classic example of a loaded question âHave you stopped beating your wife yet?â. Itâs loaded since it implies that he has beat his wife. So heâs joking and saying that if the liberal media is going to ask the question, itâs going to be loaded.
He is joking. This is a joke. THE VIOLENCE ISNâT THE JOKE; THE FACT THAT INTERVIEWERS PULL LOADED QUESTIONS IS THE JOKE. Iâm very sorry that you guys never learned your fallacies so you couldnât enjoy good-natured humor such as this.

Like Cruz is a terrifying man but come on guys
Every day, I grow more and more confident that ž of this site do not understand basic tenets of social interaction.
To further clarify: the classic example âHave you stopped beating your wife? Yes or no?â is a question impossible to answer: If you reply âyesâ then you are admitting to having beaten your wife in the past. If you reply ânoâ then you are stating you still ARE beating your wife. Itâs a regularly quoted textbook example of a dishonest and purposely leading question, the type of which the man in the video is clearly expecting to be asked and so making light of it.Â
The fact that 60,000 tumblrtards have gleefully reblogged it missing the point completely just goes to prove how dangerous it is to ever overestimate the intelligence of the American public.
The ignorance continues to astound me.
Iâve been on Tumblr long enough this doesnât surprise me.
HOW DO SOCIAL INTERACTION WORK! fuck me no wonder people turn to drink.Â

MechWarrior Online: Phoenix Hawk
For anyone thatâs played against me at the Masters & Minions game at Gen Con over the last decade, they almost always know what theyâre going to face. I believe 7 of those 10 games I played the exact same BattleMech: PXH-7k Phoenix Hawk. The improved jump jets of 6/9/9 working alongside a Snub-Nose PPCâŚitâs a ridiculously fun BattleMech and perfect for a knife-fighter working in cohort with a lance to pick an enemy apart.
To see this re-imagined classic returning in MechWarrior Online is just so amazingâŚ(huh, wondering if I can re-create the 7k in MWO?).
Below are some different schemes theyâre showing off for this seminal BattleMech.
Working on the lore for both Hero BattleMechs this weekâŚbeen having so much fun crafting these short-shorts.
Enjoy!

On Super Tuesday we MUST vote for Bernie.
Itâs our only chance to make America better.
To my American friends, please do choose wisely. Bernie seems like the best option in comparison to some of the candidates. I may not be an American but my country has strong ties with America because of Americaâs expansionism/imperialism(?) even after gaining independence decades ago, and shameful to admit it but America has quite an influence on us and we had a lot of American-funded presidents. If Americaâs president is shit, America wonât be the only country that will take the toll. Other countries America still has some âholdâ on will also be shit.
As much as i like trump as a entertainer burnie is probably the better choice.Â
however dont fool yourselves into thinking he will be able to get everything he says done , he will be blocked constantly and he does not have the balls to utilize the executive order.
the chaos of this election suits me quite well, thankfully since im a brit i dont have any stake in it. we allready fucked our contry by ussuring in a pig fucker.Â

People talking about Iowa rn.
Here you go
Look if youâre going to hate on RevxDev you might as well hate Mogamu as well because theyâre using the same tactics against eachother - lying, tweet deletion to bait people, and manipulating their fan base. Iâm not defending RevxDev or Mogamu, but as someone in the warframe community (I assume since youâre reading this) you canât defend either person. Theyâre playing you, and if you want to take either side, well
I want this shit to end so i can actually look at comments again without seeing hoards of ruskies trying(and failing) to be smart in the comments.Â
