Maybe it's just because I'm so focused on kicking that roaring fraud's ass, but it's...really obvious that black knife has the freedom motif. It's even the same two parts of the damn thing that hammer of justice uses. But it's in! A completely different part! From the bit that people will insist is somehow the freedom motif!

Undertale genocide and Deltarune weird route are opposites, I think. Genocide has you playing like it's a regular RPG, while weird route has you breaking the game and doing things that would never be intended in a regular RPG. They just also happen to both involve killing people

The weird route has features of a glitched any% speedrun. You do the first and a chunk of the second part of the game normally, then you start doing a weirdly specific series of actions to let you kill a boss that can't normally be killed so you can perform a huge skip way later.

While simple to pull off, it's easy to miss the activation condition in a casual run. It wasn't even discovered by regular players, but by dataminers, who can be likened to glitch hunters. I wonder if that was Toby's intention, and how long it would've taken to be found otherwise?

I will add that this thing makes it really obvious how oversized the soul hitbox is in chapter 3
