jack and jackie went to go see a movie together. jack borrows the car from a friend (morton downey was his name). the friends see the car pull off to the side of the road and run up to the window to scare jack and jackie.

they end up finding jackie lying on her back with her dress bunched up her thighs and jack under the seat. he hits his head on the steering wheel as he gets up and says “we were uh just looking for the lighter” 😭😭😭

The only thing that I dislike about the miniseries is the inclusion of Marilyn Monroe’s alleged affair with both JFK and RFK because I felt like the portrayal seemed….”cartoon-ish” idk

I also liked Bruce Greenwood in Thirteen Days. It focused primarily on the Cuban Missile Crisis and I think he did a wonderful job of depicting JFK as a president.

I’m excited for the new series because I really want to see more of the Kennedys’ upbringing rather than it being a mere flashback.

I think The Kennedys (2011) is probably the best Kennedy show but hard agree with you on the Marilyn thing. I hate when shows/books/etc. try to sensationalize what was probably one or two nights. There's so many other things they can include that are TRUE and just as if not more dramatic. The Marilyn portrayal in the show was like a caricature.

I'll add Thirteen Days to my watch list! I think I started it once but never finished it. I have the book Bobby wrote but I haven't read it.
