Wait, what?

A lot of you probably know our friend Tarah and her son Cole (she’s not on tumblr anymore but you can find her on Facebook for all the adorable pictures).

Tarah fights so freakin’ hard to get Cole the supports he needs. He has challenges with sensory processing, motor planning, and body and spatial awareness and she received grant funding for Occupational Therapy.

Now, Cole has started ABA therapy twice a week, on top of OT. His dad is supposed to send Tarah money to pay for the sessions (she pretty much provides entirely for Cole) but he hasn’t and won’t be able to pay anything this month. Cole had surgery in December and she is still playing catch up for that expense; even though we live in Canada, there are still expenses that arise from unexpected medical issues, especially as a single mom living in an expensive city.

Tarah needs $500 to pay for the ABA therapy for this month. His OT is covered but the ABA therapy is not.
