Azul also prepares in advance for Glorious Masquerade (“I did research beforehand and formulated some plans”), leading even Rollo to say, “You really have done your research.” Another plan of Azul’s comes into play when he purchases pencils as souvenirs for Deuce and Epel.
The two first-year students are delighted and Azul quietly reflects, “My plan was to befriend some trusting freshmen so the next few years at school would be easier, but these two are alarmingly credulous. I can only imagine how rough Vil and Riddle have it.”
Azul is not pleased when Lilia urges him to dance during the Stitch event without any time to prepare, saying, “I’d prefer to practice the choreography before a public performance” and “You can’t expect me to dance on demand,” but that is exactly what happens during Halloween when Jade goes off script and orders Azul to dance for him (“That was not part of our plan!”).
Azul researches birthday-interview questions in advance and plans “perfect answers” for whatever he is asked. He is posed a question that he does not seem to like (“Do you consider flight magic one of your strong suits or weak points?”), and quickly redirects the conversation onto the subject of land-based public transportation.
At the end Jack reflects, “We’re getting derailed. I kinda feel like you spent this whole time squirmin’ around the subject…Eh, I guess we can call that answer enough,” which was possibly Azul’s plan for dealing with the unfavorable topic.
Azul also plans in advance for his visit to the Fairest City, with both Vil and Ace commenting on the amount of research he has done.
He expresses an interesting in doing market research on local patisseries, and when Jamil guesses that he wants to incorporate local treats into Mostro Lounge’s menu, Azul confirms that that is the plan: “If it became known that the lounge’s proprietor had come here himself for research, that would certainly get people talking, don’t you think?”

Azul uses his unique magic in Book 7 in order to defeat the mermaid of darkness populating his dream.
It is a little unclear if Azul actually uses his unique magic on the prefect in Book 3: while the prefect does sign a contract Azul does not invoke his spell, and he also does not remove a talent or power from the prefect as collateral, possibly rendering the spell unnecessary.
We see this in a similarly vague situation with Vil, where Azul has Vil sign a contract and provide him with poisonous plants in exchange for a moisturizer, but he does not take a talent/magical power and never invokes his spell, so his unique magic was possibly not used.
During Glorious Masquerade, Jamil teases Azul by saying, “I doubt a certain someone could get plants to sign a contract for his signature spell” in order for Azul to be able to use his UM on the firelotuses, but as we see in Book 3 Azul does not actually need anyone to sign anything at all: his UM can be used without his target’s consent.
Whether or not this means that Azul could take “abilities” from things like plants if he so chose is maybe unclear.
Azul uses his unique magic on 225 students in Book 3, fighting off his unhappy contractees with multiple kinds of magics that were possibly the same spells he took from the contractees themselves.
The contracts seem to “deflect” any attacks angled for them, with Azul claiming that “an official contract is completely unbreakable, regardless of how many bodies you throw at it” and “No magic can harm this document in any way.”
Leona’s response to hearing about the situation, however, is to shred the contracts, with Ruggie pointing out that Azul possibly provided the “on-the-spot demonstration” of “invulnerability” as a bluff.
Jack’s group sneaks into Azul’s VIP room to try and destroy a contract that Azul leaves out on his desk, but it electrocutes them.
Azul claims that the contracts are “rigged to jolt anyone who touches them aside from (himself),” but this is proven to be a lie: based on the logic that Azul would not need to keep the contracts in a vault if they were untouchable, Leona and Ruggie attempt and succeed at smuggling Azul’s entire collection out of Octavinelle.
Leona guesses that the contracts were “impervious to damage only under specific conditions. Namely, either being in the VIP room, or being in (Azul’s) hands.”
Leona shredding Azul’s collection of contracts instigates his overblot, but Azul destroys contracts on his own during Book 4 and Glorious Masquerade without seeming to suffer any consequences.

You were attending one of the unbirthday parties that were hosted in heartslabyul, and after that you had to go run some errands and finish the little work you had on you.
So with the few minutes you had left, riddle was walking with you alone through the rose maze, holding your hand in his as he smiled listening to you, he was so cute like this..a soft smile gracing his pretty face, looking at you like you’re his whole world. it almost made you wanna ditch everything and just stay with him, but you were more mature than that..it’s already late in the evening.
“I’ll have to leave now, rido! I’ll visit tomorrow with ace deuce, so I’ll see you then.”
“I’d prefer it if you stayed longer, but as you wish, my love.”
words cannot describe how you just wanted to kiss him and bite him—but you just leaned over and pressed a small kiss on his cheek, that you didn’t think much of. You completely forgot that you wore lipstick, and he didn’t even notice.
Eventually after you’ve left, he came out the maze and went to sit at his place, the moment he walked in and was seen by ace and cater, ace immediately laughed while cater looked shocked..but with that grin he usually had.
Riddle looked at them confused when he saw them suddenly start laughing when he came, What was with them? Have they gone mad? Riddle didn’t do anything ..
“Woah rids!!! That’s so brave of you to come out like that~ you two are tots adorable!”
“Wowww, housewarden! I didn’t think you’re a show off guy!”
Riddle looked at them confused and , even more annoyed. What are they talking about?? He really doesn’t get it.. ‘you two’? Did you do something in the rose maze while he wasn’t aware? But you didn’t play with his hair like usual, so it wasn’t messed up, you two didn’t even kiss like usual , so he by all means didn’t have anything on his lips or anything wrong with his appearance..so what’s brave and ‘show off’ about him?
“What are you two talking about..? I don’t recall having anything in my appearance that would make a big deal.”
A tired sigh was heard, as Trey was standing on the side . He already saw riddle when he came out, and he knew riddle would never go out with that..he knew it was an accident.
“Don’t worry about them, riddle. Just..you might wanna check your face, that’s all.”
Riddle saw cater shove his phone in his hand, camera app already opened giving him a mirror, and when he saw..
It was..there was..a kiss mark on his cheek. He gasped as he almost dropped caters phone.
“W-WHAT IS THAT?! THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Give me a tissue this instant!”
He yelled, although the flush on his face was saying otherwise , as ace kept teasing him.
God..you really just keep making him flustered, even when you’re not around.
He really won’t live this down for a while now..
After spending most of the day at leonas room, you had to take your leave to tend to your own matters, despite him asking demanding you to stay with him, because seriously, why did you even need to go? Just do whatever you wanna do later and just hang with him.
But as tempting as that sounds, you couldn’t have the luxury of staying or you won’t be hearing the end of it from Crowley, not that Leona would deal with it.
“Not really, I’ve got to go. I’ll see you tomorrow morning though!”
You said as you stood up from his bed, leaning down to press a small and thick kiss on the exposed part of his forehead. Eventually you left, and that’s when it all happened..
Leona didn’t really bother to do anything else, so he closed his eyes to take a nap. He heard the door open but he knew it wasn’t you because you just left, so he figured it was ruggie. No one else would have just walked in casually.
However..that laughed ruggie let out annoyed him a bit..he could tell it was targeted at him, he opened an eye as saw ruggie looking back at him with that smug and knowing look.
“The hell are you laughing at?”
“Oh, nothing Leona San! I just didn’t think you’d be that type of guy..shishishishh”
Leona furrowed his brows, that type of guy? The hell did he mean? The more Leona grew confused, the more he felt annoying..sitting up and glaring at ruggie, he spoke once more,
“You gonna spit it out or what? I don’t have all day.”
“Sorry, boss~ here! You could borrow my mirror!”
Ruggie said with a shiteating grin as he gave Leona his small mirror , Leona looked at his face, there was..nothing, tf?? He was about to turn to ruggie to get him out, till he noticed the lipstick. On his forehead. That small bit that was exposed.
Sevens..did you seriously have no where better to leave it on? He let out a big sigh as he shoved the mirror at ruggie hand and tried to wipe the lipstick and immediately slumping back, not bothering to check if it’s gone.
“Y’know it’s still there, right? What a cheesy guy—“
“Get the hell out ruggie.”
You came over to Octavinelle, more specifically azuls office for a small while. You had some free time on your hand, and what better way to spend it than to go and annoy your pretty boyfriend for a small bit? However, just as you were about to leave , giving him time to finish his own work, you leaned closer and placed a small kiss on the edge of his lips,
“Then, I’ll take my leave now. See ya tomorrow Azul?”
“Yes, I’ll see you tomorrow, my pearl.”
With that you left, and in the same time Jade walked in the same time.
“Azul, I believe that—..oho? Azul, i didn’t expect this type of thing from you.”
“Jade? Whatever are you talking about?”
Azul looked up at him, what thing? He would know that Jade wasn’t talking about him doing anything shady, because Jade was just as bad as him.
Jade noticing that Azul didn’t seem to pick up on what he meant, or, notice the lipstick for that matter, merely gave him one of his eerie smiles as he placed whatever paper he had brought for him.
“Nothing the matter. Although, you may want to take a look on the mirror. It quite suits your appearance.”
Seeing that smile, he already knew something was up, and he already knew that whatever was up, was something he clearly won’t be hearing the end of anytime soon.
He just..really didn’t expect it y to be a lipstick smudged near his lips. Sevens..he really, really won’t be hearing the end of it..
Kalim being an airhead was one thing, and it seemed to rub on you when you were around him .
This time, Kalim was the one who had to leave to get his own work done, you’d be lying if you said that you didn’t feel bummed out because when you finally didn’t have anything, he did..but it’s fine ..
“It’s okay, cutie! I’ll try to finish faster, jamils gonna help me anyway!”
You nodded with a sigh as you hugged him back when he gave a tight hug, placing a quick kiss on his jaw as you waved him off goodbye. Now then..what are you up to do?
Kalim, on the other hand, walked through the hallway with a happy hum after hanging out with you, he noticed some stares on his way, but it wasn’t really unusual, so he didn’t pay them annnyyyyyyy mind!
When he reached the library, he waved excitedly at jamil ,
“Heyyy , jamil ! You’re already here!”
“Of course I am. Could you— wait..”
Kalim looked at him confused with that usual smile that quickly flew away when jamil got a grip on him, holding his chin as he shoved his head to the other side .
“Did—DID YOU WALK ALL THE WAY WITH THAT?!”
“Huh?? With what?”
Kalim looked at jamil confused and caught off guard with his he suddenly switched up, what was he talking about? Kalim really didn’t understand..
“Whatever you do with [name], stays where it is. You can’t walk around having evidence on you, do you know how shameful it is?”
Kalim blinked, whatever you two do..? What did you two did? Thinking as hard as his brain allowed him, let’s see..you two hung out..played games..then chatted..then he had to leave , and hugged you, then..you kissed him..that’s it! Wait, was it about the kiss…?! How did jamil know?!
“..?! How’d you know they kissed me?! Are you a mind reader?!”
“that’s not what mind reading means. Look at your jaw, you have an obvious lipstick stain. You’ll be better off to clean it.”
Jamil sighed heavily. Seriously..he has to babysit two idiots (sorry..)
Look, he found out later. After you placed a chaste kiss on him, a small smudge seemed to catch on his cheek, but you didn’t pick up on it , and somehow, neither did he despite the time he picked up a mirror throughout the day.
He was talking to epel, something about his behaviour..
“I’d also expect you to keep pomefiore reputation intact, every participant counts. Do you understand?”
“..yes, vil-san.”
“Good.”
Epel looked at him once more, as if he was about to speak, but hesitated, and vil waited for him to get the words out.
“What is it?”
“..uh..”
Epel looked a bit uncomfortable, as if something was bothering him (it is) vil raised an eyebrow,
“Speak up, I’m listening.”
“Your um..cheek. It has a little kiss on it..”
Vil blinked for a moment, a kiss? He just checked his mirror , how did he even miss it..?! Or was epel pulling a prank? He picked up his mirror and looked, and once he turned his face slightly to the side, he saw it..it was faint, really.
Seems your lipstick wasn’t the strongest out there, huh..he let out a sigh, now..how did that happen, and in front of no other than epel? Alas, he still tried to act like he wasn’t embarrassed or anything.
“I see. Thank you for letting me know, epel. You can go now. Go. You can leave.”
Epel wasn’t an idiot, he clearly could tell that tone .. so he quickly left , just as you were walking in the room, when you passed epel, he glared at you mumbling something. What’s up with that prissy thing now..??!
Walking in the room, you were immediately met by his glare . You fought the urge to just turn around and leave but he bet you to it..
“Took your sweet time coming here, now?”
“what do you mean..”
“Would you explain this?”
He said angrily as he pointed to his cheek, and you saw the lipstick, lol..it really suited him, man. You’d do that shit again no doubt .
“Ah..sorry, accidents , am I right?”
You said , trying to lighten the mood a little, but it clearly didn’t work ..
“Accidents, hm? Well. It’d only be fair if you were to have a little accident too. Sit down.”
Well you’d be a fool to pass that on!!! You’d even pay to be all marked up with lipstick by vil schoenheit!
It was one of those few times where Idia left his room, wow. Yay. He went to Sam’s shop, his plan was simple. Go to the store. Get snacks and candy for him and his s/o. Get back to his room. Just that. He had no plans to talk to anyone! And thankfully, it was late at night so it’s mostly empty.
“Idia senpai?”
He yelped as he looked back at the noise —ah..silver-shi..jeez. He had to be all mysterious and cool like that, how did he not hear his step.

“What are you doing here? It’s way past curfew.”

Idia sighed as he looked at the other side.

Silver suddenly looked surprised when the wing caught up and slightly waved idias hair. What, was he suddenly thinking idia was sooo pretty? Wheheh..right..
“What’s that? Aren’t you gonna like, finish your sentence?”
“My apologies. I was just caught off guard. I didn’t know you had some lipstick on your forehead. Your hair covers it well.”
He laughed, hah. Of course he’s caught off guard! How amazing is that?! Ah..idia managed to make a ssr rarity rated character surprised just by having a kiss mark on his—

WHAT THE HELL. SO HE WASNT IMPRESSED BY IDIA AND , HE JUST EMBARRASSED HIMSELF FURTHER.!! Sevens..

Silver couldn’t finish his sentence when idia quickly turned around and ran surprisingly fast for someone like him, having his hood to cover his hair as its end turn pink.

Back in his room, he didn’t bother doing anything or getting anything!!! You or ortho can grab it!!
Slamming face first into his bed , his cries were heard by his little brother floating to him .
“Brother?! What’s wrong?”
“i CANT step a foot outside anymore!”
“What happened??”
“It’s over. This is the part where i die. I’ll be better off as an npc.”
“..what happened?”
“I embarrassed myself..my social score is minus zero. In front of silver-shi too..”
“What social scores are you talking about?”
“THANKS A LOT, ORTHO.”
Malleus wasn’t usually seen by others outside his dorm unless it was in a joint class , or something.
So, when you told him you needed to go your way, promising to visit diasomnia later , he nodded.
“Ah, i see. I’ll see you soon, beloved.”
You nodded, placing a small kiss on his lower cheek , and going your way.
The walk back to his dorm was peaceful, he was content, clear sky, empty hallways , the whether was pleasant . Nothing quite unusual.
And as he walked past a few students, they suddenly went quiet. Malleus noticed that, but he also knew that many people did that around him. So he paid no great mind to it.
However, when he stepped a foot into diasomnia’s lounge , he was met by Lilia who looked up at him, about to greet him but seemingly caught off guard.
“Oho? You seem to be in a good mood tonight.”
“Am i?”
“Certainly! You’re very radiant, it aren’t you?”
“..Lilia, is there something you wish to tell me?”
“Nothing really. It’s already there, you might wanna check out your cheeks though. Kheheh!”
Malleus’ fingers instinctively went to rub his cheeks, glancing at his fingers afterward, seeing a faint colour on them. He was silent for a moment ,
“Ah.”
“Yes?”
He slowly remembered, just before you two parted ways you kissed him. He didn’t really notice your lipstick, not that he’d stop you even if he did.
He was much more focused on the fact that you kissed more than anything else in the world.
How unfortunate..
Lilias laugh was what cut him off of his thoughts, looking back at him ,
“It is hardly that amusing.”
“Oh, of course! Walking around with your sweethearts print is not amusing at all. Kheheh.”
“…”
Maybe it is a little amusing, but, he wasn’t that panicked or embarrassed by it. He was oddly pleased by the thought of you leaving a small mark on him. Not because of the lipstick, but because the fact that it left evidence that someone dear to him was there.
So, i guess it’s worth it if he endures lilias teasing for a while.

Had the cutest thought in my mind, thinking of coming home one day to giggling and laughter from the kitchen.
You quietly make your way, curious what your husband and child is up to.
You are met with the cutest sight. Your child standing on a step stool with Riddle next to them. Your child in a bunny apron while Riddle had a “a very sweet, a little tart, and berry cute treat” apron—which you had bought him.
Riddle rolled out dough while your child cut them into shapes with various cookie cutters. The sight so adorable your fatigue vanished.
They both turned to you in surprise when they heard the camera shutter.
Your child hopped off and ran to you, excitedly calling you and pulling you over to look at the treats they both prepared.
Riddle went to welcome you home with a kiss but paused since he didn’t want to cover you in flour. You closed the distance for him, kissing him before tapping his cheek lightly teasingly.
The flustered, flour dusted cheeks an adorable sight.
You pick up your child as they asked for kisses too. You both kiss their cheek as they squeal in joy.
