Note: I use He/She for Deuce and He/They for Ace

I call them CherryJuice because I felt they deserve a cuter ship name. I know Hunting season is a thing but come on. (And because of the portuguese dub CherryCandy could be a nice alt)

Anyways, I like to believe they actually share a couple of interests. In canon they both have stated to have an interest in reading comics (Superhero ones specifically) 

I think they have pretty similar music tastes (It's Weezer. It's Weezer chat) . Occasionally they decide to share their earphones (Ace probs just stole Deuce’s)

Because of the anime I FULLY believe that they were chatting up a storm during the orientation. Ace was bored as hell and decided to annoy the unfortunate guy next to him of course that guy being Deuce.  Deuce: “Okay to be an honor student, it would be better to surround myself with respectable students!”  Ace Trappola out of fucking nowhere: “Hey you, wanna go sneak into the headmage’s office 😇

After the Twilit event Ace keeps jokingly calling Deuce “Princess” and it kinda just stuck. All Deuce could do is roll his eyes 

Oh yeah Twilit Deuce done changed his brain chemistry btw. Ace nearly fell off his damn broom. Of course he played it off as teasing her but after that bro could NOT think straight (pun intended). “No way do I think that dunce is pretty! No way not at all” they do think he’s pretty but his excuse was just that Deuce was all dressed up. Too bad after that mess, he started seeing this “Dunce” in a whole new way and suddenly there’s shoujo flowers flying all around her.

Fairy Gala Ace also altered Deuce’s brain chemistry as well 

Ace is CLINGY AF. Like bro is just attached to Deuce like a leech (tweels get out of here) he’ll be hanging on her shoulder trying to snoop on what he’s looking at only giving a shit about how close they are if Deuce points it out.

^^Lowkey touch starved Deuce too. She plays it off as Ace trying to get a rise outta her but then likes to let it happen as he gets used to it. If Ace isn’t gonna complain, she won’t either

Also I feel like Ace definitely is the one to initiate the most contact between the two and they kind of get flustered

Ace WOULD like being carried but he aint gonna SAY that because thats fucking weird as HELL but imagine him trying to goad Deuce into doing it “Yeah I know you’re strong and all but doubt you’re THAT strong couldn’t even carry me I bet”

He also finds Deuce’s delinquent side hot as hell but they aint admitting that either cause that’s even WEIRDER

Their moms know each other. I imagine before they even knew their sons were classmates. I just KNOW the two gossip about their gay sons

Ace would probably steal Deuce’s jackets to wear and claim that their own are in the wash or some shit “You gonna let me freeze to death? How cruel of you.” “It’s like 70 degrees.”

^^ As an act of “revenge” Deuce wore Ace’s hoodie for a day. Somehow that embarrassed Ace ten times more

Ace doesn’t really refer to Deuce as Boyfriend or Girlfriend. Not because he’s ashamed of it or anything it just feels off to him

Deuce doesn’t really call Ace her boyfriend either, even though Ace stated it was okay

Their relationship is overalled unlabeled. Any time they’re asked it’s like “Yeah we’re sorta dating” “Sorta? Aren’t you two boyfriends?” “…Eh” “Eh!?”

On kissing: They don’t really do it a lot. Mainly because of pure embarrassment. Both of them talk all cool but don’t forget that they’re still teenaged boys who are CRINGE. Imagine the first time they kissed they weren’t even together yet. Ya know that stupid ass “Hey lets kiss to see what it’s like.” Which was definitely Ace’s idea

PDA isn’t extra but it still exists like probably holding hands under a table or silly and quick cheek kiss

It took AWHILE for people to clock that they were a thing now cause there was BARELY any changes to how they acted publicly.

^^ Neither of them felt the need to bring up the fact that they were going out to anyone at school

I think Ortho clocked it and brought it up and that’s when the other first years figured it out. All they could say was “It was about damn time”

When Riddle argues that Azul is “hardly a heavy hitter himself with his magic out of the equation,” Floyd responds,

“Who said anything about Azul bein’ weak without his magic? He’s real strong. He’s slow on land and in water, and he’s got lousy athletic reflexes, but that doesn’t mean he’s weak. Azul’s bigger than me in the water, and he’s got eight huge, heavy limbs. His submission holds are bad news, and he’s got crazy grip strength. If he so much as snags you, he can snare you with your arms pinned.”

Vil says that it is “hard to imagine (Azul) having that much in the way of musculature” based upon his “lean figure,” but Floyd responds, “Octopi are, like, all muscle. Seems to me like that wouldn’t go poof just ’cause he took a potion to turn himself human.”

Azul tells Riddle directly that his arms are “quite powerful, unlike yours” in Book 6, but when given the opportunity to display this strength with the thunder spear he still struggles to wield it, even with help.

We do have examples Azul being physically strong, however: he surprises an ill-mannered reporter (“…Wh-whoa, you’re stronger than I thought!”) during Tapis Rouge, seems to help carry Ortho without complaint, and is able to physically pry the extremely strong Stitch off of the prefect.

Azul does ask for help with evacuating Vargas from the mines during Vargas Camp, but it seems less so due to needing help with his weight and more so due to the awkwardness of the confined space: “These tunnels are so narrow, I was afraid I might bump the coach’s head or feet against the rocks.”

According to Sebek, Azul held onto him with a surprisingly strong grip while dream-hopping in Book 7 (“I half feared you’d pull my arm out of its socket!”), and Azul seems to go to Silver and Sebek’s aid with both magical and physical attacks in Leona’s dream.

Hiii hello I went down a rabbit role and now I made a guide of (almost) all the fonts used in the game, here's the link for the drive I put them all in:

I thought it would be fun to just give my characters their flags and see what they thought of the appearance.

Ruse is the only one with more than one because the only one who would find comfort in that amount of specificity.

Azul says, “There’s no harm in putting forth effort. It leaves an admirable impression,” while Jade says that “Azul will do anything to achieve his goals. In other words, he’s as hardworking as it gets.”

Rook’s nickname for Azul is “King of Effort,” Vil says that he respects Azul’s spirit of self-improvement, and we repeatedly see Azul putting extreme effort into what he does throughout the game.

In Book 3 Crowley reveals that the study guides Azul provided to the students who contracted with him did not involve any illegitimate activity: “Nobody snuck looks at test questions or answers beforehand. It was crafted exhaustively by hand, after researching the past century’s worth of Night Raven College exam questions and their patterns,” which impresses even Jack.

Azul says he is “not particularly fond of games that hinge primarily on luck,” but Idia still manages to goad him into playing a dice-based boardgame as a club activity, saying, “Can’t brain your way into making dice do your bidding, right?”

But that is exactly what Azul then sets out to do, practicing his dice-rolling to try and become capable of rolling his desired number: “And I’d say the effort has been well worth it.” (Idia: “Good on you for being such a hard worker, though.”)

Azul seems to become frustrated with Silver’s vague praise for his cooking during Master Chef, explaining all the effort he went to enhance the dish.

Silver responds, “Well, it sounds like you went above and beyond. I hate to admit…most of that was lost on me,” And Azul is not pleased: “If none of that came across when you were eating, then all of that extra effort, from the labor to ingredients, was for nothing!”

When Azul considers going somewhere he has never been before for summer break, he decides to prepare by finding a traveler’s journal and using the opportunity to learn more about land culture, turning the vacation into an educational opportunity rather than using it for leisure.

Azul weaponizes the act of applying extra effort at the beginning of Vargas Camp 2, intentionally refusing help with setting up a tent. When Idia teases him for his apparent passion for camping Azul responds, “You’ll see why I’m doing this soon enough,” and he is shortly after selected by Vargas as an MVP.

Vargas explains, “As for Ashengrotto—you were clearly out of your element and didn’t show much skill. But you engaged your muscles and worked up a magnificent sweaty sheen! More so than anyone else. This is in recognition of your efforts.”

They notice Riddle's been acting off for the past two weeks... Someone suggets its a crush, but they brush the idea off before suddenly considering. What if Riddle really DID have a crush?
