I keep thinking about Azurido and the thought of them like not ending up together actually makes me sick. Im working rn but i must write this down, Azurido begrudging sparing partners to lovers trust.
They both want to let off steam but can’t go full out fighting others due to thier power as the fight ends far too quickly, and neither wants to ask a third year housewarden. So they bergrudingly fight eachother, no talking just quick exchanges where they know they had a bad day and just need to let it out in battle.
Slowly though it develops into something more as each day they start to vent their troubles both physically and with their words, bringing them closer together and making them each find they enjoy the others company.
They realize they go to eachother now, not to just let off steam but becuase they genuinely want to see one another.
Then one afternoon they meet together as always and both confess their feelings mid spar, causing them to both falter in battle but end up together in the end.
Awww dream riddle and Azul awww so cute aw aw aw aw aw. And they can pair with actual Azul and riddle too… Anyways I might need to stop buying azurido merch….
I wonder if Azurido was dating before book 7 would they maybe be included in eachothers dreams? I know the dreams are based on what the dreamer like wants but almost superficially, never having anything wrong with them. It’s just kind of funny to think about Azul somehow ending up in Riddles dream through dream logic of “oh I moved from the Coarl sea or something” and he’s apart of Riddles band or whatever but of course it’s not really him, just a dream to keep Riddle trapped.
Becuase if you think about it even though he wasn’t their orginally at that point he might’ve made such an impact on riddles life that him not being their would cause him to realize the dream.
Same with Azul, sure he hates the land and people from it, expect for his boyfriend of course.
Idk if this would really work out I’d just find it funny if they somehow ended up in eachothers dreams and saw these diffrent versions of themselves through their partners eyes, it’d be kinda funny.
