I bought this little guy today but shhh... it's for my brother for Christmas

So I may have forgotten to take a picture before eating it but here is my caramel mousse tart with chocolate and ganache decoration and raspberry sauce.

I don't post a lot of selfies but hey, I feel pretty today. I hope you do too :)
