Es's one of my forest dwellers, she couldn't stand living in the city where her and her brother used to. I absolutely adore her and she’s the closest to me. She’s shown me that it’s okay to be weird and to still have fun as much as you can. We’ve both been through a lot throughout the years (so have my other characters… I really put them through hell.) She’s definitely not afraid to be silly.

A few of her hobbies include: mushroom foraging, knitting and crocheting, plants, herbs. She does love the perfect temperature day to just sit back and enjoy things with her wonderful husband who’s a little odd himself. But, she loves him nonetheless.

So I learned a few new tricks to make things look more interesting? Which was kind of fun! I normally leave the sketch in with the finish piece since I like how it looks.

I suppose a little blip on Cynder would be helpful in a way? I used to be super self conscious talking or even mentioning my ocs. Cynder's my redheaded concubus, lil unstable but he's working on it (his husband, Mathew, and sons help wonderfully). He's actually come very far from when I first made him to help cope. He does have a very strong addiction towards hearts- "songs" - verses souls, souls are boring to him. Unfortunately, he can't just have one. So, once he eats, he'll be "amped" up for some time until it's time to find another. There's a few things he will do when tracking the next song; he'll stalk, lure, and seduce. Anything to get the heart racing is his favourite before he removes the heart.

This has been a long, ongoing character building for well over ten years and we are really, really proud of the world we have created. All of our characters have been through so much growth, it’s amazing! And since half are mine, they’ve really helped me work through some of my own issues and traumas.

I do try to have my art reflect what happens in each story, not all the time though. I also have a bunch of pieces I’ll be posting here up until my recent which I’m pretty proud of.

So I actually enjoyed working on Es this time around. Normally I struggle with females buuuut I'm getting the hang of it??? But anyways ye, she looks like shes about ready for a nap. mm nice and toasty.

So I decided to try out drawing Alex in @laffeetaffeegg 's style! Or at least I hope I sorta got it! Anyways it was an attempt and Im pretty pleased with the line art this time around, normally I hate line art weeee.
