I'm not really sure why some transwomen/TIM are under the impression that radfems stating that TIM cannot physically be female or women somehow means they have to go back to adhering to what society expects of "a man."
It's quite the opposite actually. I WANT you to wear dresses and skirts and pink and heels and wear makeup and do whatever it is you like to do that makes you feel like you're somehow female, but I also want you to understand that those things DON'T make you female or have any proximity to womanhood. You're allowed to express yourself through fashion and personality without lying and claiming you're female
Literallyyyy, their biggest propaganda tool is trying to say radfems are transphobic in the same way conservatives/republicans are. Thats partly why I refused to listen to radfems for so long.
wild how like PCOS, endometriosis, vaginismus & hell, even frequent yeast infections are “mysterious” with no well known cause and little to no decent treatment, but we have tons of supposedly well researched body fat removal methods, about 20 different kinds of breast implants, laser hair removal, and 100 different dermatologist recommended anti aging creams. we sure had the money and brainpower to cure those “diseases”
This reminds me of when I had a rash, couldn’t figure out what it was from the internet because it looked like a million different things. Went to the doctor, because this rash kept growing and nothing was curing it. He says ‘its called pityriasis rosea, nobody is really sure why it happens.’ It’s a self-curing rash after a few weeks thankfully so he said I don’t need to worry. But as he’s telling me more information he finally says ‘it mostly affects young adult women’
There it issss, that’s why no one knows anything about it!
So women, research this rash! And don’t panic if you have it because it’s not harmful. But jesus christ it looks scary, and I don’t want you guys to panic like I did 😭

Something that’s crazy about me becoming a TERF is that I was actually trying to become a better trans rights activist.
My family are transphobic and I was not. Some of their questions I couldn’t answer. In particular, the famous “What is a woman?” I searched twitter posts and tiktoks and every TRA definition just sounded misogynistic as fuck. Until I kept scrolling and found posts by TERFs that just clicked something in my brain.
I had also always had views of a gender abolitionist. Combining this with my TRA past I even considered if that meant I was non-binary, because I didn’t match with this socialised version of ‘woman’. But I never felt comfortable with a non-binary identity because I am perceived as a woman, I suffer from being a woman, AND SOCIALISED STEREOTYPES ARE NOT WHAT MAKES A WOMAN.
I couldn’t continue debating and defending trans people and gender ideology anymore as all I could hear was myself as a misogynist. I knew the world would be a better place with gender abolition rather than gender liberation. I came to the realisation that gender ideology enforces the socialised gender binary that was designed to oppress women.
Great post. I had a very similar experience. I just genuinely cared about trans issues and wanted to better understand the arguments. I also found myself completely stuck at the question of what gender is, or what it means to be a women. The idea of gender as identity just makes no sense. The idea of it as social roles is misogynistic. I realized it that it was obvious that we are referring to sex. I too had already encountered and sympathized with gender abolitionism, and had wondered if I was non-binary (under the TRA model). It is crazy that we have had the answers this whole time, but the mainstream distorts them to the point that we are moving backwards.
Hi fellow radfem here. I’m not trying to start shit I’m just genuinely curious. If I’m not mistaken your profile pic is Mikey Madison? If I’m wrong sorry. Mikey Madison recently starred in a movie called “Anora” that was very ummmm. Just one of the most misogynistic movies I’ve ever seen up there with fifty shades imho and I haven’t noticed any radfems talk about it. Essentially she plays a prostitute who impulsively marries some rich Russian dude after like 2 days of meeting him. She is literally tied up in the movie and gagged with a scarf, put in weird sexual position. That’s not even covering all of it. And that ending…. jesus 🤮 Not sure what would possess her to do this. I’m not trying to start shit with you, just wondering if you’ve heard of it/your thoughts on it.
Yeah I’ve had mikey madison as my pfp for a while now, since before Anora. My pfp is her in once upon a time in hollywood which is arguably just as bad cus fuck Tarantino lol. I just think she’s pretty and she’s a good actress
Yeah I’ve seen Anora, I agree that a lot of the scenes feel torture porn-ish when shes tied up, and straight up porn-ish for the rest of it 😭😭 Although I think the general plot of the film is more of a critique of how sex workers are treated. I interpreted the ending as Ani having a breakdown because she has never had sex in a way that didn’t feel like she was being used, whereas Igor was trying to be romantic and ‘genuine’ by kissing her. But yes, of course hollywood has to make it a literal porn film in order for the message to be conveyed and they definitely didn’t have to do that 😭 So I have mixed feelings about it I suppose. And I know that most men that watch it will literally just think ‘oh cool, naked lady goes crazy’ And not think twice about the film maybe trying to express the negative sides of the sex work industry 🤷🏻♀️
I still like Mikey and she acted insanely well in Anora, just hoping we can see more of her talent in future films that are less questionable

I don't know if I sound crazy but I feel like a lot of men that “transition” into women do it because they want to be sexualized and they sexualize women's bodies so they think that in order to be sexualized they have to sexualize women's bodies. Kind of like how gay men that want to be sexualized act stereotypically hyper feminine. I think trans people take it a step farther and actually claim to be women as well as doing things like getting surgery to imitate women's bodies. What do you think?
Oh 1000%!!
A lot of them are literally into being sexually degraded and they view the ultimate form of degradation is being a woman.
Autogynephilia and degradation kinks go hand in hand. Just another reason out of thousands why ‘transitioning’ is misogynistic. Misogyny bred this idea that sex is something done to a woman and degrades her worth.
i cant with the delusion sometimes... looking thru the mypartneristrans reddit and people are scaring themselves sick about 'internment camps' for trans people in the US now trump is president. like be FOR REAL. i feel bad for them that they genuinely believe in this but how do they even get to this level of insanity? like pls
Wtf even is an internment camp 😭😭 I haven’t even heard of this but Allllow me, I’m from the uk. Please explain someone 😭
I've been watching and reading radfem content for a long time, but was uncertain to search for community and be active because I tend to isolate myself . I was very self destructive and I believe in a lot of ways the radfem perspective has helped me heal many wounds that were inflicted on me from a young age and understand the source of it and the way to go forward. I read your posts/replies and want to say I feel very seen by them. Have a great day 💕
I’m so glad to hear you feel seen by my posts 💖 Because thats exactly how I felt when I first started reading these types of blogs! A lot of us have these types of experiences, but we have each other 🫂 This life is not easy, having a sense of community is so important for women. Wishing you even more healing and happiness lovely 🫶🫶

It’s insane that the actual definition of the 4B movement is no sex, dating, marriage, or pregnancy with men, and leftists online think that is just too exclusive! Therefore, you must include trans women in your dating pool. They cannot be grouped with men, that’s transphobic! And excluding all men means excluding black and asian men, and that’s also racist! And gay men wanna practice 4B, too! So instead, they’ll only fuck other openly gay men! Because excluding DL men from your sex pool is exactly the same as a woman refusing to date her oppressor, apparently. Oh, and it’s only for MAGA men! So your liberal Jakey is fine! He voted FOR your rights, so how can he be viewed as an evil man??
Like it’s exclusive for a reason!!! If you don’t want to stop dating men, then just say that instead of trying to worm your way into a movement.
Why do you consider it a problem that I'm nonbinary? Like seriously, how does it harm you, what is your problem with it? It's literally something I didn't choose, I realized I was genderless (or possibly became genderless) through my relationship with the goddess Hel. I'm a victim of the patriarchy too, I've had many of the terrible interactions with men that you have, I have the same trauma as you regarding growing up in a patriarchal world, so why do you advocate agaisnt my rights instead of for them? You literally agree with the worst men on earth about me.
You saw I’m a terf and just ran with it thinking we all have the same opinions as the worst men on earth.
Of couse I want you to have rights, escape the effects of patriarchy, etc. I don’t know you, I have no beef with you 😭
It’s literally that I just don’t agree that gender should be a social definition. I don’t understand what makes your brain non-binary and mine a woman. Is woman a set of social characteristics and a social identity? It’s straight up misogyny and regressive as hell.
Conservative men hate you for being non binary because you dont conform to THEIR socialised version of womanhood (assuming you’re afab), and I simply couldn’t care less. You should be able to call yourself any name you like, look how you want etc. But why are we defining man and woman as a social identity. I don’t identify with this, I’ve just lived it and so have you. Do you think the most oppressed women in this world identify with womanhood?
And you don’t have to reply to this, I understand that people who are similar to you will shrug off everything because being a terf is so so so controversial. But I just ask you to question if socialised gender is really the way forward for society. And this is coming from me who used to be super supportive of all trans/nb people. Damn, I even thought I must be non binary at one point because I didn’t want to socially be a woman anymore, and I didn’t ‘identify’ with it - being a woman fucking sucks lol.
I wish you well though, I hope we are free some day.
The world’s major religions have thrived because their whole belief system relies on that fact that a male presenting god is the creator of all humans and not women.
I’m back babesssss
Women are mocked for spending our money on coffee dates with friends and healthy avocado toast and these little five dollar things that improve our lives while men blow their checks paying to rape women and children and no one bats an eyelash.

Not to be inflammatory but transwomen have committed more violent crimes against females than female have committed against trans people of both sexes. Which really should give one pause, because while the number of those crimes are relatively small on both sides women make up 49-51% of the population depending upon country, whereas transwomen only account for like 1-5% of male people in any given country. How is that tiny population continuing to predate upon this huge population and maintain the perception they are the ones at risk?
Middle aged women on twitter always get it.
