i'm convinced the adamant fans of this season are more concerned with lestat being sexy and saying quirky things than anything meaningful happening with his story or even the story of the show

to act like there was never love between louis and armand makes this part of the finale even more confusing. why is armand demanding an apology from louis when neither of them were ever in love? why is "louis the pimp" being brought up in relation to what happened to armand as a child? why is louis, AGAIN, being made to apologize to one of his abusers?

as much as i love armand, what the fuck does louis have to apologize for after everything armand did and IS ACTIVELY DOING to him?? armand betrayed louis in a way that just simply isn't forgivable. he humiliated claudia by making her play baby lulu, choked and threatened her. he planned the lynching of louis and claudia. he took the credit for saving louis, and for 70 years lied to louis about his role in claudia's death and the lynching. so what does louis have to apologize for? this is an ongoing problem throughout the entire season. what does louis have to apologize for? why is he repeatedly being made to apologize to his abusers? why is he made out to be the most selfish and evil amongst him, lestat, and armand? why is "pimp louis" repeatedly brought up as if lestat hasn't also treated women awfully throughout the show? lestat gave money to the azalea. lestat treats dee pharma as an accessory. lestat fucks christine and baby jenks. why does ghost!claudia lash out and racially berate louis, all while barely giving any attention to lestat? why does ghost!claudia say she hates louis more than her abuser, the people who lynched her, her RAPIST?
