actually “sociology” and “psychology” are hierarchical structures designed to best aid the functioning of the “economy” by the study and transformation of individuals into parts in the capitalist machine. They, just like economics, exist only as tools of control - used to measure and manage the effects of alienation on the individual without addressing the cause of that alienation, to the benefit of the ruling class and capitalist superstructure. There’s nothing revolutionary in fetishising scientism.
