We have no general content restrictions. All genres and tropes are allowed, as well as crossovers and fusions. All ratings are okay. Just tag your work honestly so people can filter/skip!

When is it? The Fest will be hosted from May 12th to June 10th 2026, so it'll be held over 30 days
How can I participate? By creating fanworks based on the prompt list, this can range from just doing one or two prompts over just doing the golden or going all out and completing the whole list
What are those golden days anyways? Those are prompts focusing on you and your relationship to the show. Feel free to use them to highlight your fav aspects or to chat about them

@staff as a Tumblr user for the last 12+ years, the idea of reblogs turning to "Twitter/Bluesky-like" chains is repulsive beyond comprehension. Tumblr is a blogging website. What makes Tumblr unique is the reblog system, where users can reblog a post to their blog and others can do the same.
What's NOT unique is hiding reblogs behind separate "chains." That just makes navigating this site even worse. Not only that, but it kills engagement.

So, they're finally releasing the entire series of "Voltron: Legendary Defender". Only on DVD, no Blu-Ray option. Apparently only available through The Voltron Store, which is WEP's place to flog all the DotU merch that they're still making.
WEP is the Ted Koplar-and-his-sons business that made DotU a thing and every impression I have is that they are full MAGA jerks and were probably the reason we almost didn't get any confirmation that Shiro was gay.
Unless I see reports that any extras include a Season 8 where Ezor stayed dead and cute endcards showing what happened to minor characters, I'll pass. And even then, I'll wait until I can find it on a used-DVD shelf somewhere.
And this is going to be a hard no. Someone on Twitter observed that:
(1) an official release would be available everywhere, not just one small store that focuses exclusively on merch they mostly source in-house.
(2) The DVD logo on the spine has an R under it, not "video", which is an easy tell for bootleg material.
So the store famous for selling VLD paladin holiday "ornaments" that were cardboard printouts with ribbons stapled onto them is apparently jumping on the market they see on eBay, where one can buy a full series on disc.
