For Futaba I felt this could be a both a continuation from her previous rewards with her now extra plump and showing off her curves to Joker in her room. Plus there are 6 alternative versions up on Patreon! First is a covered tummy alt, second is a sweaty alt, third is a fatter belly alt, fourth is a fatter belly + vorish dialog alt, fifth is a heavily pregnant alt and sixth is a silly *teleports behind you and eats your snacks* looking Futaba alt. Whether you put any stock in their word is a separate matter, as is how well that's worked out in practice (nobody raises an eyebrow at trolls getting their regen cut by fire/acid, or undead taking extra damage from Divine Smite)

Personally, I think if the design goal is to encourage players to use different strategies, there are more interesting levers to play with.

You could have effects that combo off of each other based on damage type - say, an embrittling cold spell that makes bludgeoning attacks deal extra damage, or a necrotic spell that makes acid more effective.

For Daisy I thought a Stuffing themed bonus piece for how many votes relative to the other top 5 winners back in May would be a nice change of pace, so this time she's baby sitting the Lumas (it's something that came to mind when looking back at Rosalina's bonus art) and I thought it would make a cute scenario. Plus there are two alts that are included with Outie Navel and Daisy Isolated versions.
