Intersex bodies do not need correcting, intersex bodies are not unnatural. Intersex people deserve autonomy.

No, this is how you age if you were lucky enough to win the genetic lottery and you can afford a minimally stressful lifestyle and the best of the best of current cosmetic procedures.

Good people suffer. Their suffering and difficulties in life make them age faster. They are not morally inferior just because they offended your eyes.

Yes, you absolutely can write a taboo topic. In fact, a lot of therapists suggest using fiction to cope with trauma and many encourage writing/reading dark things if it makes you feel better because its fictional

It makes me sad that so many trauma survivors who've already lost their personal autonomy are being told they're not allowed to have it again in a completely safe way

Call me whatever names you wish, but I think this is a much better (and healthier) attitude than “anyone under 18 should never be allowed to see any sexual imagery ever”

(For reference: this was at the Tom of Finland exhibition, containing actual, queer, kinky af pornography. There were definitely some young people there, perhaps in their late teens. There was even a parent with their baby who was probably too young to understand anything at all. And guess what, all those people are probably going to be fine.)
