      “ I’m sure Melody has some imported candy if that’s what you want         to chow-down on!” All Ty would have to do to make it up to her was         pay her back, or buy her some cute fluffy-stuffed animal key chain.

   they’d been back in town for a couple of weeks now, settling back into the shack    as though they’d never left. time outside of the shack was spend retracing their    old stomping grounds, seeing what changed and what had stayed the SAME.    a cave tucked away in the cliffside called to him, one he hadn’t visited since    that one fateful encounter last summer.    the climb up the cliff had been more arduous than he remembered, his lungs    burning as he maneuvers the rocks. surely he hadn’t lost THAT much of his    adventuring abilities over the school year… academics had overtaken most    of his adventuring, but he’d been certain he’d be able to pick it right back up.    he huffed and puffed slightly as he approached the cave, wiping beads of sweat    from his brow. ( it was embarrassing how rusty he was at this. ) still, he took a    a few determined steps forward, coming face to face with the last person he was    expecting to encounter within the cave.                               “ wait, wh – TYRONE? “

            “ Tyrone’s the name - don’t w-ware it out... ” An awkward joke          was honestly the best the ill-hearted clone could conjure up; without         pausing to take in a sudden breath he didn’t know he was holding.          “ How’ve you been holding u-up man? ”

“What I always wear?  I could ask you the  same thing Dipper.”

   “ Um - I’m pretty sure since that       party you threw to get kids to come       to the Mystery Shack till - how ever       long it’s been since I started living       with the multibear, you’ve NEVER       worn the...  Cooler then the whole       suit and fez look though. ”

     The expression of confusion could not be helped ;;  if the other had told      him a JOKE, that had not registered yet. Although, he is not too shocked to      return a subdued thank you for the hat compliment.

        “T-Twin I-I meant twin yeah!” Shoulders tensing while he attempted to           contemplate a way to justify this mess up, Remaining silent for a minute,           he’d just - stretch the truth a little...       “ Um - The Mystery shack was           having a party - and there’s this printer upstairs that I guess can print           clones of yourself, and he’s pretty worried he didn’t melt all of them and...           yeah - ”      That cheep excuse for the slip up wouldn’t work... Would it? Awkwardly he       rubbed his arm as he waited for the others reply. He always made clone jokes      to the twins... And now it was going to come and bite him back, he’d go from        a possible friend  to suddenly another one of the mysteries of Gravity Falls...

      “ I-I don’t want my own adventures! ” Tyrone’s thin frame shaking    slightly as he let out his outburst, trembling hands moving through his     hair; hat lightly falling and settling on the bed beneath the two of them.    “ I have all of his memories - i-it’s not like I got some c-cool new ones       so I can be different! Second grade photo day - I... Dipper shaved his       hair to make you feel better! Fourth grade and the valentine you made       me to make me feel better! - ”  He once again fell silent, rubbing his        eye with the palm of his hand...       “ G-Gravity Falls is full of weird, unusual things... And f-for once in          my life... I-I don’t want to be one of them. I w-want to go back to          Piedmont, I want to go back to school - I-I wanna complain about          P.E. I want to... ” Pulling up his knees, he laid his forehead against          them in silence. Back raising and falling in an odd staggered motion          till at last he finally uttered the end to his thought “ I-I want to be          melted...”
