A quick rundown is that Pokemon as a part of their newest Pokemon Spinoff Game released a font generator of their games title screen

The White House, who previously and very disgustingly used the Pokemon Anime Theme song in one of their videos used this generator and very quickly Pokemon responded with their own statement.

And now this lawsuit has been placed
