YES. Like there's a moment after C!Dream learns about the dsmp that he is watching the animatics and just gets hit with this deep feeling of recognition. The people of his world dont look exactly like that but also he looks at it and... oh. Thats the same thing as what he's made from. Its a little bit like staring at his own bones. C!Dream doesn't look like a drawing but he also does. His colors edge on eye strain if you stare at him for too long. Sometimes, if he stands wrong, it looks like he's an illusion ib CC!Dteam's living room.
And the way you described CC!Dteam from C!Dream's pov, yesssss. They're so real its scary. But they're also just some guys. They're terrifying and C!Dream closes his eyes and let's them hug him closer and they're soft and gentle and he barely even feels nauseous when their hands go right trought him and dig trought his core.
