Disclaimer: I don’t really think that IQ tests are all that great of a measurement in the first place. There’s also literally nothing wrong with having a lower IQ. But the meme is lowkey relevant to a lot of my experiences. Rather than intelligence, the main phenomenon is that I’ll talk about therian/transhuman stuff to some completely uninformed, but tolerant redneck and they’ll pretty much be like, “oh yeah do what makes you happy.” But if I have the same conversation with someone who calls themselves liberal/inclusive, they’ll start clutching their pearls at me.
