"Sit, drink, we have business to discuss." Rowan said and took a sip of his drink, not waiting for the other person to sit and drink. @rededgerpstarterblog

"Okay. So what did you want to discuss?"

"Oh I always overshop, so I can promise you, that you are not alone." Elena promised Veronica with a smile.

Veronica laughed. "I knew I couldn't be the only one." She held up one of her bags with a grin. "Every time I told myself, 'Okay, this is the last store,' I'd spot another one that looked interesting." She smiled over at Elena. "I'm Veronica, by the way. I only moved to Red Edge a few months before we left on tour, so I'm still getting to know everyone." She glanced at Elena's bags. "Looks like shopping might've been the perfect excuse to finally start changing that."

Tessa had just finished walked out of yet another shop, and another shopping bag on her arm and she couldn't help the smile that came onto her lips as the other spoke and she laughed as she held up her bags. "You aren't, and retail therapy is the best therapy after all." She shrugged. "I'm Tessa, by the way."

Veronica smiled, immediately feeling a little less out of place. "See, that's exactly the validation I needed," she teased, lifting one of her own bags. "Now I don't have to feel guilty about buying things I definitely didn't plan on." She shifted her bags to one arm before offering the other woman a hand. "Nice to meet you, Tessa. I'm Veronica. I only moved to Red Edge a few months before we left for tour, so I'm still in that awkward 'I recognize faces but don't know anyone' phase." She laughed softly. "At least shopping makes for a decent icebreaker."

Lucas did a little more shopping than he intended. But he was glad that he only had a few small bags. Looking up from the ground and sipping his coffee, he gazed to see Veronica. "Hey!" He greeted with a wide grin. "Oh, yeah. Here I am." He held up the bags with a chuckle. "What did you find?" He asks her.

Veronica laughed and lifted one of her bags. "Honestly? A little bit of everything. I saw something cute, told myself I didn't need it, walked away, then came back ten minutes later and bought it anyway."

"So much fun." Yasmin agreed. "I'm so excited we're doing karaoke together. How are you enjoying Japan?"

"Oh I love Japan. The food, the culture, all of it. What about you?"

"That's a good one, too!" Yasmin smiled brightly. "You're going to kick ass with that!"

"Thanks! It's not one many people these days know. That's what makes it fun."

"Hell yeah we are." Yasmin says. "I'm thinking Man! I feel like a woman! by Shania Twain. What do you think?"

"Oo, that's a good one. I'm leaning more towards "Harper Valley PTA" by Jeannie C. Reilly."

"Thank you for joining me for karaoke. I know it's not for everybody, but I appreciate you tagging along." Yasmin says to her friend she invited out. "Do you think you're going to sing too, or just watch?" She asked. @rededgerpstarterblog

"Girl I got you. We are absolutely singing our hearts out tonight. The only question is what song are we singing?"

"I cannot thank you enough for coming out to meet me. Work has been kicking my ass lately, and I needed this." @rededgerpstarterblog

"Tell me about it. I finished my tour just in time for this Japan trip. I may still be living out of a suitcase, but at least I'm in the same place for more than forty-eight hours."

"Would you reject someone if they asked you in public?" He asked.

"If I didn't want to marry the guy, then yes."

"No. I'm not scared." He teased back with a grin. "I would just rather be in my own bed instead."

"Where's your sense of adventure? Do you know how many people you could totally fuck with right now?"

Lucas laughed softly and nodded his head. "You're definitely right about that, but I'm sure someone will say something sooner rather than later. Do you agree?"

"That's true. Secrets never stay secret for long. Someone always cracks, or an outsider reveals them."

"There is something seriously wrong about whatever the fuck just happened there." Jax said with a laugh as he watched a guy get rejected for a proposal. "Oh fucking well, better him than me." @rededgerpstarterblog

"Oh I don't know. There's something poetically sad about a guy putting his heart on the line, even if he does get it stomped on."

"How many people do you think are going to hook up during this black out?" Lucas asks Veronica with a chuckle. "I'm just curious, considering that this is a make or break event that the mayor hosted." @veronicahale

"More than we may realize." Veronica stated. "This is the perfect event to sneak in a make-out session with someone without the whole world watching. Hell, I wouldn't be surprise if there was some steamy sessions going on behind others backs."
