I can't stop thinking about Nigel accompanying Alex in his thrill-seeking escapades. Like, when they're going through their high points of their relationship; they get lost out there in the night.
The two trespassing some area and hiding together in a small space; Alex cracking open a bottle he stole and taking a massive gulp, only to end up letting out a grunt of disgust and laughing afterwards. Nigel isn't a fan of drinking or smoking, but he still tries a sip because Alex offers it. His nose immediately wrinkles at the overwhelming taste, and he's shoving the bottle in Alex's hand away from his face.
Just think about itttt—both of them egging the other on and making awful choices out there for the fun of it. Away from unwanted eyes, they can be as pushy, touchy, and vulgar as possible. Dirt gets streaked over Alex's pants and somehow on his cheek, and Nigel gets unexplainable bruises from the hasty way they're moving around. Nigel cracks the driest, yet most morbid joke possible and Alex guffaws in disbelief (mind you, he'd find this same sort of joke unfunny in the morning after, but currently, he's too in the moment to care). So much grabbing; Nigel's pulling at Alex's sleeve, Alex is cupping the back of his neck, they're just pushing and pulling the entire time.
It's this intense high that'll die out when they get back to their respective rooms, and the next day, it'll be like nothing ever happened. The only proof of their escapade would be the temporary period where Alex's heart would randomly race whenever he'd run into Nigel, and the spots of bruises that'd form on Nigel's body from that night.
