She smiles that smile she usually reserves for her prey. 【Is that so? What a shame. We were close friends, you and I, but clearly that is not the case for your world. 】

She laughs.

She knows her name and yet she can’t place where she has seen her before. There is an air about her that makes her compelling but all the same terrifying. She is getting flashbacks of him just thinking about it.

So. This is not her friend after all. Was she a friend to Kars, or did she fear him the way her Madonna did Jorge?

"Hello? I do not recall ever seeing you before."

She's shocked. First, to hear that language, second, to hear that voice and see that face...

Lisa steps closer, not quite registering what the other pillar woman had said.

"Very well then."

She melts into the kiss, opening her lips enough to slide her tongue against his lips. She could feel his bare chest over hers, the firm muscles of his arms around her. A sliver of a thought, about another man from long, long past, flickers in her mind, but then she feels the tugging on her skirt, and the thought slips away.

It really did sound nice, and it was good to see this side of her. He thinks he could get used to it. His head nods in affirmation that he at least deserved that respect from her.

"Sounds fine to me. Should be nice, having company aside from the usual." He stops and chuckles, not directly at her but to hear someone like her mention something mundane that most people had every morning was surreal and pretty hilarious.

"I shall hold you to that. I would not know where to begin with making coffee."

It was also somewhat strange to be speaking so freely with him, but it was likely she'd get used to it. Maybe. Hopefully.

{{But she couldn’t have been. She looked all wrong. Like one of them.

"Just Lisa, dear." Pause, as she tries to sense for anything different about him. Nope, this was a human one, although he seemed to have unusually high aggression levels...

He turns her to face him, muttering against her lips. “As do I.” His words are almost lost considering he is eagerly greeting her with another kiss. His arms are keeping her in place as he holds her for one long moment, eventually letting go but not moving his face far from hers.

Well, he guesses he could’ve been less of a cold hearted jerk towards her. Maybe. He doesn’t even know anymore, considering they were still enemies deep down and they both put each other through so much hell.

All he knows is something is stopping him from completely letting her go, so now it will be his turn to take hold of her, his hands resting on her shoulders. “Hey.” He takes a deep breath.

She keeps still, listening to him for once. When he releases her, and she thinks she's going to need to spend some time with his pillar man counterpart later.

"Kars, I..."

She gives him a small smirk, though there is no malice in her eyes. "Of course, I will offer you that courtesy. I suppose...I suppose I did go a little too far, too often. You are a warrior I can easily respect, after all."

She can't help but laugh a little. "Perhaps I shall stop by once in a while to have with you a...what's that you humans drink...a coffee, is it?"

[He feels her gaze on him. He rubs that back of his neck as he turns to face her.]
