Any Voxtek employee is familiar with the company’s Rules of Conduct. That is the bare minimum if one intends to survive working for the Vees and it is far from being good enough to guarantee 100% safety. Ethan did not get to his current position without being able to read a room, prioritize and think fast. But it also really helps that he isn’t stupid to the point of ever acknowledging out loud whatever it is that goes on between Mr. Vox and Mr. Valentino.
