I'm probably by no means first to figure this out or suspect this, but I think all of the Vees embody very certain aspects of workplace abuse.
Vox is the most obvious, being workplace abuse in general- with the added bonus(?) Of being a political grifter on the side. Vox is your stereotypical corporate overlord, vying to strip you of your individuality and make you a cog in his machine, employee or customer.
Valentino seems to be sexual abuse in the work place- and also emotionally based power imbalances, it's safe to make the assumption that he has lured many people in by sweet talking them such as that fish-like sinner we see get fed to shok.wav. this of course extends to his personal life.
Velvette's the actual reason I wanted to mention it- from what we've seen so far, I get two main lines of thought. She represents the fashion industry/related industries with dieting and so on so forth- made to damage your body image by being made of impossible standards. I think this is helped by the confirmation that her body is doll-like, literally a perfect dress up doll. But I feel like, especially due to that comment made by vox 'voxtek loves women in stem' is that Velvette may possibly represent the false progressive girlboss movement? Like, literally fake feminism- the sort that's particularly prevalent in MLM structures that take advantage of what seems to be primarily women, like Mary Kay. It would be an interesting route with the fact that she's confirmed lesbian, especially with the fact that she does indeed promote cosmetic surgery in order to be beautiful 'let's get filler in those lips'. I'm curious, now. But I have a feeling that we'll only see properly in season 4.

iβm trying to thinkβ¦not really anything off the top of my head. i guess you could say iβm like superrrr brave lol. maybe the cold? yknow i grew up in miami so it was always super fucking hot. i dont deal with the cold well. of course weβre in hell duh so its not really something i have to worry about. ooh! maybe bald people? theyβre pretty scary i guess?
