The Chaotix are probably the most overly dressed characters when it's winter. They're very easily affected by the cold, medicine is expensive, and it costs money to use the house's heating system.

Charmy would argue he doesn't need all that, but Espio and Vector will hunt him down if it means being able to have him wear an extra layer. A sick bee is also sad bee too, they don't like seeing a sad bee.
