Life is all about learning things ✨ 2020 was a roller-coaster for almost everyone! In our case, we never knew it would be a blessing in disguise ❤️ I got to know about my pregnancy in February, Celebrated our anniversary in March 🎉 I was happy to be with my parents and spend all my pregnancy days with them. I've always thought of giving birth in Pune but God had some better plans ✨😇. It was curfew in March and that was followed by lockdown and this was like a shock for me 😬 We all decided to wait till my 7th month to get things back to normal but it was getting worse each day all around the world 😊✨ Like always I kept hope inside and prayed for everyone's well being 🤗 I spent all of my 8 months with Nitin off course without a house help. I've never felt the urge for a house help and this kept me active till the end of my pregnancy with all the errands 🤰 I could not visit my parents till the end but they made sure to come and visit me for 2 months 🙏😇. Many of you might know both of them are working and had no holidays or break. Mom is from Police Department, State Government as Head Clerk in Pune. Dad, Ex Army and now Clerk for Central Government. Like responsible citizens and for our safety both of them followed the 14 days quarantine period before they met me! Pregnancy is a beautiful phase 🤰enjoying the phase is important. I've heard people giving advice but guess what hear them out and trust your instinct ❤️ Apne mann ki karna ☺️ . Few things that kept me sane all 9 months ✨ Keep working till you don't feel tired or feel like taking rest ✨ I did all the household chores for 9 months and took no house help ✨ Ask for help! In my case, Nitin was only person who could help me and I did ask him at times ✨ Once you get some free time, take rest or chill and listen to your favorite music. The only thing I did was watch @netflix_in 🤗. I basically felt like doing that ✨I lost interest in doing skincare after 4 or 5 month and I accepted that thing. Maybe all due to hormonal changes . P. S. I've heard people saying lockdown Baby to the ones who got pregnant during this chaos. I would say being pregnant or not is that couple's decision and we are no one to call the baby as lockdown baby! 😊 I feel we should call them all warriors ❤️ as the situation was quite worse around the world! 🤗 In my case, I basically got the news in February(before the pandemic) and the Lockdown started in March during our anniversary time and I could not go to Pune. I would also want to add one more thing to the above mentioned things, it isn't really necessary to be a mom to experience motherhood. I see so many of them who are unmarried, have no kid or for instance have decided to have no kid for some reason being patient with kids and loving just like a motherly figure 😍🙏. The New Normal 😷 I've never felt comfortable with a mask until I came across these beautiful #handmade #facemasks by a Pune-based brand @_nyaas_ 😊 . ✨Priced at Rs. 140 for 2 masks ✨ I'm a mouth breather and these masks are quite breathable and does justice in my case ✨ The color does not fade or bleed by any way like it usually does for cotton ✨ The elastic is quite sturdy and fits perfectly behind the ears ✨ Both the masks has different feel due to difference in fabric ✨ The pink floral one has thinner feel and the navy blue paisley one is a bit thick ✨ These are 2 layered and hence quite comfortable ✨ They call these masks 3D as it covers the nose, under eyes area, chin and jaw area too.
