you know, i was JUST thinking “man why did i stop using tumblr” and then i immediately see ppl getting irrationally angry about the roman empire meme and i’m like. oh right. this is the first place that was Like That.

god i spent the day at the county fair with my family today and… oh to have the unbridled whimsy and stamina of a child again. you’d eat a whole bag of cotton candy, ride twelve rides, eat a burger, ride fifteen more rides, win a plushie, then ride the ferris wheel when it gets dark to look at all the pretty lights. today i managed four rides, had a migraine the entire time, nearly threw up despite having eaten p much nothing all day, had to sit with my head between my knees for like twenty minutes, and then we were all so hot and tired we couldn’t be assed to have a meal there or wait till dark. which isn’t to say i had a bad time, i just. beat myself up about how i can’t even have fun correctly anymore. what happened

don’t wanna promise anything bc i keep not sticking to my guns about returning/migrating back over here, so here i am just… posting, but i’ve spent the last few days cleaning up my old posts and likes and getting smacked in the face with exactly HOW into hetalia i was, lol. it felt so distant until someone dmed me on twitter a little while back genuinely under the impression that i was the person who ran mspaintitalyandfriends and i had to be like “oh no no don’t be silly. i just made fanart that i submitted TO the blog and also had a bunch of unrelated olympics crossover fanart at around the same time”
