No time to stop and take a breather, escaping from an unpleasant fate completely occupied her mind. At the top of her form, the brunette dashes through the alley, avoiding the main streets at all costs in order to not collide into anyone. The last thing she would want was to get anyone involved in her mistake.
She was on a job to gather information on some back hand deals of a certain company. Their suspicious activity had been picked up by their Information Broker, Joe, and was leaked to her. It was an opportunity she had been looking for, for so long! Even if it meant she were to put herself in danger, she had to go. The teen was sure to keep herself out of sight; however her clumsiness revealed her position upon hiding within their establishment. Resulting in putting the brunette in her current situation.
A turn around the corner and she found herself in a clear pathway. Not many people occupied the area at the moment, making it easy for Leia to speed through without having to worry about anyone. Though there was a slight brush to the shoulder, turning her body to avoid a bad collision. A quick glance at the other to see if they were okay, and the good thing is that they were, but she had no time to give them an apology, not while she was on the run. The two goons were still right on her tail. It’s amazing, how they were able to keep up with her.
”I need to find a hiding spot and quick!" Leia gasps, nearly out of breath. The strength to continue the chase was leaving her. Becoming exhausted, she turned another corner hoping it would lead to a intersection. But there was only a dead end, trapping her. Hands were brought up to her chest as she turns to look at the two pursuers. Taking steps back as they approached her. Shooting glares as they catch their breath.
”You thought you could get away, didn’t you? Too bad, now you’re trapped like a rat.”
”Damn…" she grit her teeth, gasping when she felt her back press against the wall. Lifting her head to gaze up at what stopped her, hoping that there would be something that’ll allow her to climb over it—
”Don’t get any bright ideas." one of the hoodlum’s drew his gun, pulling back the hammer with his thumb and index finger right at the trigger. “Now come quietly with us, we wouldn’t want to rough you up too badly.”
| >> | - - In the few days spent in this world he was quick to find that the Unversed weren't here. Perhaps not at first but he knew. And that wasn't the end of it. The day he'd met her was the day he'd sensed the light from within her heart. Having become friends with this young girl he'd taken upon himself to protect, he'd spent the remaining days of his vigilant watch making certain he'd eliminated the Unversed in this world; vast as it was, one could say he'd begun to hold a strange, unexpected sort of attachment to Leia Rolando. He'd failed--lost her once and had told himself it could not happen again.
Couldn't have been the only thing that held him back from leaving, could it? Strange how the thought's enough to draw a slight chuckle from his lips. Finds the irony in it and thinks it's not as though I'm not coming back--
Except he probably should've thought about other forms of danger that would befall the girl, aside from those monsters... It's a familiar face that he catches sight of, her form brushing past him in a mad rush followed suit by men that clearly meant to do her harm. A charge of familiar protectiveness surges through his system; Terra thinks to break into a run except Leia runs far ahead and turns, followed by her pursuers. Hand tightened to a fist he strikes the switch upon his shoulder to reveal his armour. The keyblade in hand is flung into the air and it spins, shifting into his glider and he jumps. Follows suit to find his friend.
Dropping down from the skies though still in his armour, glider shifting back into the keyblade he's got in hand. Least he's got Leia standing behind him now, huh? And with that he moves into a stance, eyeing the men through his mask as he questions,
"What do you want with her?"
