"fight club au" with ender in the role of tyler and bean n the role of "the narrator". now i got this one from a blog post of someone who didnt understand fight club or EG but i thought it was unintentionally fascinating ...

not gonna lie you put 10 times as much thought into the au as i did 🙏 and im grateful for that. the more i think about this au the more interesting it gets. i agree we don't really know how she'd solve a bonzo situation... but how would she get into such a conflict in the first place? how would she react to the intense pressure of battle school? so much of it is (as you put it) uncharted territory, because val — as this site has been discussing recently — is woefully undercharacterized. this au leaves a lot of space for a brave fanfic writer who is willing and able to basically characterize val from the ground up??? (part of the reason im putting all these AU ideas out there is that im hoping someone smarter more talented than me with more time on their hands will be inspired and adopt one ;___;)
