On second thought, buying pretty pills from the antique store was probably the worst idea you’d ever had. But the cashier said they’d simulate a real birth, and god if you weren’t absolutely craving that feeling. You couldn’t wait to get home and try them.

Before you even got home, you’d already popped a pill, it’s blue and green casing sliding smoothly down your throat.

I still can’t figure out what’s wrong. My shirt is so tight over my stomach. I know I’ve been gaining weight for the last few months, ever since my parents left me to live with you while they went off to do charity work on a whole other continent. I’ve tried to lose the weight. It’s been so strange how it’s only been my stomach and my breasts that have gotten bigger. 

The horrible cramps started hours ago. I told you I thought something was wrong with me, but you just smiled and said maybe if I walked around some, it would start to feel better. 

At first it did. It felt better for a little while, then I’d get cramps again, they’d go away. I’ve been walking around the house, out in the yard for a long time now. The cramps have gotten so bad that I bend double and moan, eventually falling to all fours out in the grass, pressing my hand to my stomach. I can feel it cramping so hard under my hand. When I sit back and lift my shirt, I can see it move a little. 

I can’t help but think this is some kind of punishment for something I’ve done. I get to my feet and waddle into the house. It’s so hard to walk, it’s like there’s something inside me, something heavy that keeps getting lower and lower, that keeps spreading something inside me, tearing me open. 

I find you sitting in your chair. You’ve been watching me this whole time and you seem amused a little. 

“Something’s wrong with me!” I tell you and then groan until I’m screaming and drop to my knees on the floor. Something’s very wet between my legs. I look down. “I think I peed myself,” I gasp, but it doesn’t feel like I did. 

“Well, you better go get those pants into the wash,” you say very calmly. 

I nod but I can’t move at the moment. I give little scream of anguish, I’m so terrified. What’s happening to me?

It’s hard for me to get up again, but I get to my feet and stagger out into the garage where the washer and drier are. I just barely get my pants and panties off of me when another cramp comes and that heavy thing dropping down inside me gets worse. I hold on to the washer and let out a moaning wail of agony as I sink to the floor. 

I can hardly breathe but some instinct tells me to press down, press like I want to get this thing out of me. I can’t stop myself and I feel it move down. 

You come into the garage. 

“There’s something inside of me!” I sob. I bear down again, hard. When I can stop for just a second. “I think God is punishing me! AghhhhhH! Hnnnnnnnn! Help me!”

You don’t say anything, you just watch. I bear down again and it’s moving, slowly, down inside of me and I think it’s going to come out of me. I feel between my legs. There’s something solid there, something that’s making a bulge.

“Oh god oh god oh god, there’s something coming out!” I wince hard, throw my head back and bear down. Still on my knees, I put my hands on my thighs and press down with all my might. My entire body is shaking with the effort and it burns down there, it burns so badly I can hardly stand it. I’m ripping apart, I can feel it, I’m tearing. 

I feel again and something has started to come out of me. I cramp up again and press and it moves, more emerging from me. 

“Help me please help me just pull it out!” I beg. “Pull it out of me! God forgive me I’m sorry, make it stop! AGHHHHHHHHHHH!”

I press down so hard that every muscle in my body hurts, but it moves more and I feel it passing through me, I can’t stop, I can’t stop now. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life, but I can’t stop. 

Suddenly, it’s out. Blood and water gush out of me. I look down at what’s come out and even I know what it is. A baby. 

I look up, trembling. “You…” I’m panting and can hardly catch my breathe. “You did this. You made me have a baby. All this time, you made me have a baby.”

You smile. “Well, now that you’ve done it once, you’ll know what to expect next time, won’t you?”

Imagine you’re a pregnant slave. 

It’s 100 degrees outside and your master is pulling you on a leash - he’s late for work. 

You can feel one of your six massive babies crowning and every time he stops to cross the street you crouch to push.

He drags you on leash to a bar to drink with friends and ties you up outside. Bar patrons rub your belly and fuck you while you try to birth the rest of the babies, but you only get one more out by the time he comes out again. 

You struggle to carry 3 babies as he drags you home. “Nnnngh,” you moan as your belly contracts. 

It seems endless. He gently pats your sweaty, pulsing mound, bringing you outside the house to the shed. 

Childbirth is never easy, and sometimes it’s harder than usual. Especially after a long tiring day at school and work, and when the baby is a little too big.

Luckily, a good friend can make all the difference.
