It would be things like 13 year old black boys being given life sentences, the incarceration of a 8 year old Hispanic boy using a weapon to kill an intruder that was about to hurt his mother, 16 year old minors facing decades worth of jail time for possession of soft substances like marijuana.

The fourth is also one of the most notably tragic.
