Eiji, who gives up everything for others and doesn't want anything, gets his dick sucked and enjoys it, while Ankh, famously self serving as he is, finds that there is fulfillment in giving something good to someone for their own enjoyment.

And it is always Eiji getting his dick sucked, at least in the fanfics I've read, like Ankh doesn't even come in a lot of them but he still enjoys what he's doing to Eiji, and we can joke about it being "haha gay bird likes icecream", but it's not a coincidence that most fanfic writers have collectively decided that they fuck in a way that directly reflects their intertwining character journeys.

Or maybe it really is about the icecream, idk.
