This isn’t a real reboot I’m just like this

I totally forgot that I completed the Casper Reboot pilot script a few months ago. I still need to adjust some of the formatting but other than that it’s pretty much done, so here’s the link for those interested!

PREMISE: Essentially a reimagining of Casper (1995) but expanded into an animated series that explores and builds upon some of the lore from the movie, while taking inspiration from various incarnations of the character and franchise, Casper the Friendly Ghost.

I’ve got a condensed version of the script that I’m planning on turning into a pilot/animatic with the help of a friend but we’ve got another project to focus on first, so for now plz enjoy the full script that I spent the past 6 months on <3

Original post: 23 pages, an attempt at trying to write a script that would be an acceptable length for the average TV episode

This version: 30 pages, aka the extremely unrealistic version that would prob never actually see the light of day but I love it so much cuz it had my favorite scenes (it was originally 50 pages btw)

Thank you so much! It makes me so happy that my Casper content is getting more traction :D It was good timing to check my inbox cuz I just finished a rough comic thingie

Since I rly want to get the story out there but I don’t have enough time to dedicate to a full blown comic series, I’ll be posting sort of a “pilot” script within the next month or so, but I’m not entirely certain so if you want more updates then @untitled-casper-reboot is the place to go!
