Much as I do wish we could've seen 'em win, I can't be too upset since it does make for a more exciting series. If they don't pick up a second win tomorrow, then I might get a little miffed, but it's too early for that just yet.

Won one and lost one, but 'least it's not gonna be a boring series. Nice as it is to see a clean sweep, it does make things a bit more exciting when we get more than four games in the Finals.

Yeah, I managed to catch a couple games during the regular season, but this was the first one since the playoffs started. Might be the only one I can swing, so couldn't pass it up. Although, the only thing worse than being behind enemy lines, is when said enemy wins. Ugh. They did make 'em work for it since they went into OT, but still. Shit sucks, haha.

I wouldn't wanna go through even an "easy" one, so I'd say you've got every right to be wary. Ha, you oughta know most folks move out to Florida to avoid all the snow and winterty weather. Am I thinkin' 'bout taking a detour to Raleigh on Thursday, so I can catch the next Knights game? Abso-fuckin'-lutely. Sucks that it can't be in Vegas, but beggars can't be choosers when it comes to the playoffs. Wanna be able to catch 'least one game, so gotta take what I can get.

Thank you, thank you, I do try. Though, I'd say half of it is 'cause my brain to mouth filter is nonexistent a lotta times. You oughta know this, 'cause you were, are, and'll always be my road wife. If I'm remembering correctly, think we're gonna be somewhere in Florida, uh, next month if not this one. Gotta double check the schedule, but I'm being lazy right now, so it'll have to wait 'til later. If you wanted to call me that, I'd have no issue, but I've never done a damn thing with matcha before. Yeeeah, that's another tally under the reasons why I was happy to get outta Tampa. Don't even remember if there was actually a hurricane when I lived there, I'm thinkin' no since I'm fairly sure I would've remembered that, but 'least we don't gotta worry 'bout 'em in Cincy. We just get a shit ton of snow in the winter, and possible tornadoes in spring or summer. No matcha for you, though I'm rubbin' my hands in anticipation of that coffee.

Just goes to show what happens when you put in the work, 'cause even while you weren't on tv, you were still workin' and trainin' so you'd be ready once you got the chance to go. Eh, all I know is I've heard it a few times throughout the years. More so when I was younger, but folks still like makin' the occasional comparison even now. Sometimes there's no real rhyme or reason for it, so I never pay too much attention to it.
