Tris is always a little more playful than he is. Bold, too. Four watches her from where he is standing, some feet away from her. There are traces of a smile in his expression but not quite a full one. It's very typical of the Dauntless prodigy. Leaving people to decipher his subtle, very subtle, expressions and body language. "You know I don't tell on anyone, even less you." It's not as flirtatious as her words, but it's something.

Oh. He's good. And he knows it. Ever so charming in his own way. Tris has long since watched all the girls fawn over him -- and who would've thought, the pair would've fallen hard and fast as they had the very moment that they'd laid eyes upon each other. It was strangely inevitable - almost as if...in another life -- or...somewhere somehow, had she never met him, she'd miss him. -- as if a part of herself was missing. -- Lucky for them, this is their world, and he is her Four. Though, only she knew his true name, and she'd never dare use it unless entirely necessary. Tris smiles and saunters forward, putting out the cigarette and smushing it with the heel of her patented lather heel. The tricky part, however, lives within the fact that she and Four are not supposed to be anything at all -- they're too young, they have the whole world ahead of them...etc. etc. etc. Her father, 'fearless' leader of the Dauntless, intelligent and wise in his own ways, had created guidelines that clearly, neither of them withheld. Sauntering forward, she cants her head slightly and openly checks him out with a smirk. "I so want to kiss you right now..." she instigates beneath her breath, words spoken solely to and for him.

    I’m in desperate need and want to flesh Tris out. So like this if I can throw a random starter at you - length will vary depending on scenario and if I can get into her head properly.

  Ok…look at this. Look at the way he touches her. The way his hand curves into the crevice and shape of her limb. This is not a gentle touch. He doesn’t touch her as if he will break her.  He grabs onto her, utilizing the strength he is aware she has. He doesn’t pretend that she is glass, and that she will shatter.  He urges her upward with her own power.  This isn’t a dainty hold from a boyfriend or a lover.  I think this speaks volumes about not only how Four thinks, but how he treats the people he cares about.  He’s realistic.  He knows Tris is no damsel in distress and because of it?  He treats her as an equal, and his partner in crime.  Love is not two halves coming to meet each other in the middle. It is two whole people, with working minds, thoughts, gestures, moral standing, working to fight for one another, day in and day out.
