If somebody is banned for sending people threats and hating entire demographics, by the way, they were not banned unfairly and there is no circumstance where they would be even if the post that got them banned was not their hate. We don’t have to let them come back and try again and actually ban them because of a hate post this time. If they were toxic before and they got got by accident, then good fucking riddance and they don’t get another chance.

So with the new EHRC code, are we going to be talking about how dangerous it will be for trans men to have to use the women's bathroom (if they're even able too) or are we going to be ignored in the bathroom debate like we always are?

I cannot stress enough how trans men acknowledging their oppression before being openly trans is not self misgendering. Complain all you want about our "AGAB" or whatever but the undeniable fact is we've been suffering due to gender before we even transitioned.

And the thing is, 99% of the time those spaces aren't actually trans friendly at all. Trans men are allowed cause they're not going to treat you as a real man and they don't see you as one. Every single nonbinary person is seen as "woman-lite". And god forbid you actually pass or look particularly masculine.
