Section 1 ; Basics
1. headcount, how do you as a whole feel about it? what is your headcount? does it change? how often?
2. names, how do you name yourselves? is there meaning to your names? how do you feel about names?
3. collective, how do you feel about existing in one body/vessel? do you view yourselves as one individual? are there any "collective identities" or labels that you use or identify with
4. is there something that really connects all of you? similar to the question above. is there something that you all enjoy? or on the otherhand, all hate?
5. roles, how do you feel about the idea of roles in do plural community? do you use them?
6. gender, similarities in experience? differences in experience?
Section 2 ; Experiences
7. origins, talk about your origin, how do you feel about your origin?
8. disorders or disabilities, how do they comorbid with your plurality? do they affect certain members differently?
9. communiation, how do you communicate? internal communication? external communication?
10. spirituality/religion, how does it impact your plurality? do different members believe in different things?
11. change, how much and how often do you/the system change? gow do you feel about it?
12. host, do you have a host or hosts? what about cohosts? how do you feel about the concept of a host?
13. plural apps, whats your experiece with them?
14. being sick, how do you experience illness(fever, flu, cold)
Section 3 ; Headspace (some of these questions simply dont have to be applicable to your system, and thats okay!)
15. headspace, do you have one? big? small? how easy or hard is it to access?
16. no headspace, for those who dont have a headspace, how do you communicate?
17. visualization, how well can you visualise your headspace? if you cant do you know why that could be?
18. headspace and the past, did you always have a headspace? did you have to build it through therapy?
19. headspace and time, does your headspace change over time? did it grow bigger? or on the otherhand, shrunk?
this is made to be accessible to as many different plurals as possible, tho we do have a few ideas on prompts for more specific plural groups like: complex/polyfragmented systems or plurals and metaphysical or spiritual systems or plurals. so let us know if youd like that too!
