I think a lot of the characters take design elements from Omega Flowey. Extra eyes, green vines with red thorns, to name a few. The screen is one of the most obvious. The screen also gives way to a lot of potential expressions, so there's that.

Oooh putting an OC in here would be super cool. It's definitely possible in the rules of the AU.

*A large flower clings to a dead tree deep in the forests of Snowdin, vines wrapping around the decaying limbs to secure itself in place. It appears to be lost in thought, however it seems to have deployed a handful of tiny flower buds to act as eyes, keeping a lookout for any threats*

*Something approaches from the distance, burrowing through the snow.

*The flower has petals that are colored with an orange that gets brighter closer to the center, and an eerie smile on its face.

"Why, aren't you quite the peculiar one. And here I was wondering why there aren't any other flower monsters like Buttercup... No, no... I can sense something different about you. You're more like me than him."

*The flower grins*

"A lost sibling of mine, perhaps? Or some other form of contaminant? ... The latter seems far more likely, not many would even dare claim to have ties to me... To Isigao, the Banished..."

*It sighs, before a stem grows behind the flower, leaning down from its spot on the tree to get closer to the visitor*

"What... What character am I..? Is this something I can find in my menu?"

*He suddenly grows a pair of bright green eyes on the central flower, and opens his save file menu, displaying the following:*

*He reads it over, eyes straining.*

"... No, nothing here..."

*He looks back up at Wingdings.*

"Does this provide you with an adequate answer, somehow?"

*He leans over and reads the thing multiple times. Something in his deep black eyes lights up as he does.
