"Hey, are you busy?"

"Harvey, i’m the name partner, of course i’m busy" you said and smirked at your response 

"I need a favor" he said as he sat on the chair that was infront of you. 

You still were reading the papers and ignoring him.

"You know, i could make Mike to go help you with these" he said gesturing at a pile of documents lying on your desk.

"I fear human trafficking is illegal."

"It’s not human trafficking, it’s honor for him" he said as he played with expensive looking figurine on your desk.

"Don’t touch anything." You said giving him murderous stare, suprisingly, it always worked.

"Why don’t you go bother Jessica instead?"

"She is busy."

"So am i!"

"I offered you help!"

"You offered me making Mike do my job, that’s different.” You noticed.

"I could help you, but i’m bit too busy for that" he said looking at you and trying not to look at your neckline, but that was hard. 

You noticed, but haven’t said anything, not yet.

"Too busy to help, but not busy enough to bother?”

"Hey! I’m not bothering you, i just keep you company!"

"Oh i’m sure. Let me guess? Mike is already doing your paperwork and you are bored?"

"Well he wanted to do this" his tone was very lawyer like but also somehow playful. 

"Oh yeah? That’s what he told you?"

"Well he wanted this job, so you know." He was proud of his response. 

"Well you wanted this job too, so congratulations you will help me with my paperwork!"

"Hey, unlike Mike, i have life!"

"He has a girlfriend and i’m sure she would like to be taken on date"

"You wanna take Rachel out?" He obviously understood what you meant, he just liked to annoy you.

"No i’m not into taken people, but i’m sure she would be very lucky to go out with me." You said while standing up and leading to shelf where you had hidden alcohol. You took two glasses. He was checking you out, very discreetly but you knew too well to not notice.

"Well, good thing that i’m a single and a catch"

"And arrogant, selfish, arrogant, cocky, arrogant, have i mentioned arrogant?" 

"Yes but you forgot to mention charming and handsome" he watched you pour whiskey in the glasses. His gaze on your figure, you look gorgeous in that skirt and blouse. 

"If you say so" you said playfully. He obviously was incredibly handsome and charming but you didn’t want to make his already big ego even bigger.

"Hey! You can admit that I’m handsome, because i am" he said as you handed him glass. 

"Don’t worry it’s not poisoned" you chuckled.

"Good, i have to go to court tomorrow" he said looking at you, his eyes lingering on your body bit longer than it was necessary.

You both were quiet for a moment. 

"You look beautiful today, really breathtaking."

"Thank you, Harvey"

"Maybe you would like to finish work for today and go out, eat something?"

"Are you asking me out for a date?"

"Well if you are so eager for date with me, we can call it a date" he gave you charming smile.

"I’m not eager, if someone is eager here, it’s you."

"Oh and why is that?"

"You think i don’t notice the way you look at me?"

You could see a little bit of surprise at his face but only for a tiny moment. When he realized it he momentarily tried to look controlled and cool again. 

"Like what?"

"Like you want to undress me" you chuckled. You weren’t offended. He was glad with that, he really respected you and didn’t want to make you feel bad in his presence. 

"I do not."

You chuckled again.

"You find me attractive, Harvey."

"Who doesn’t?"

"Many people?"

"Don’t be so humble."

"I am not."

"You act like you are not one of the most beautiful women in New York.”

"Flattery won’t take you far."

"And what will?"

And for the first time that night you didn’t know what to answer. The only thing that saved you was Mike who knocked to your office because he needed something from Harvey.
