Rückfälle beginnen mit kleinen Anzeichen. Das nervöse Lippen beißen, der Zeitdruck ohne Zeitdruck zu haben, nach außen ausgeglichen sein und Innerlich fast zerspringen. Anspannung, Nervosität, Druck bis die Bombe platzt.

Das sind Geschichten, die das Leben schreibt, halt dir vor Augen, dass kein Mensch ewig bleibt.

Das ist mein Problem, ich denke zu viel nach und fühle zu intensiv. Was für eine gefährliche Kombination.
