Awww omg this is legit so sweet I love it
Itâs going to be my favorite thing to remember of my brother, because he started his tattoos off a a chicken on his left leg, and this is on my upper right thigh!

Sometimes I canât stop thinking about how Zuko accidentally spoke against his father and begged for forgiveness, on his knees with tears in his eyes, and got half his face burned off and banished from his home
Then Zuko betrayed his uncle and everything Iroh had ever taught him, begged for forgiveness on his knees with tears in his eyes, and got a hug and complete forgiveness and unconditional love
Yup. Pretty much.
I have never seen a political cartoon so beautifully and succinctly describe the modern Republican, and Iâve seen some good ones mind you.
Idk, I still feel like this one wins for simplicity without sacrificing the eloquence of the point.
at some point someoneâs gonna kiss you on the forehead which is just absolutely stellar so stay alive for that
Just a friendly warning; YouTube is doing screamer ads again. Itâs for the new Annabelle movie and it starts with âstaring contest in 3,2,1â followed by a jumpscare and a loud scream. I saw it today (June 20th) so keep an eye out for it.
Lilo, why are you all wet?
This is actually heartbreaking when you remember Lilo tells Stitch her parents went for a drive, and the bad weather caused them to crash.
I always thought this scene was adorable
Wow thanks guy
Right in the childhood.
i never made that connection
WOW
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
YOU RUINED MY FAVOURITE PART OF THE MOVIE
I get the feeling the adults knewâŚ
and now Iâm wondering how in the hell Lilo came to the conclusion that thereâs a peanut butter loving fish god who demands tribute or else heâll murder your family.Â
When massive trauma hits, some people try to find any way to make sense of what seems senseless. Find any semblance of control, of responsibility. Lilo may be blaming herself (unfairly) for her parentsâ death. This was the only connection she could make, the only thing she could have had any control over, so to her it must have been her fault. If only she was a good girl. If only she did the right thing. Then maybe⌠Itâs very very hard to lose a mindset like that even when itâs the most irrational thing, even when it hurts you, because then youâre left with nothing.
And when youâre six your pattern recognition skills are a work in progress. Lilo sees that type of fish one day and as it swims away it starts to rain; connection made.

This movie had some of the best scenes cut out of it.Â
This is one of my favourite movies yet somehow I never saw this deleted sceneâŚ. Excuse me a secondâŚ
*The distant sound of full on ugly crying*
So THIS is why i know every line of this scene, my heart knew but my brain didnât really get why I have memorized it. OMG.
Why yâall got me crying about this movie 17 years later wtf

I have become known at my library as the dude who knows how to deal with computers. Iâm not in IT, and I donât know shit about hardware, but Iâm pretty good at figuring out what is causing an error, or how to perform a task in a specific program. Â
I have also joked repeatedly that all I really need to do is stand near one of the student computers in the library and itâll start working again. Iâve no idea why, but for some reason errors that happen repeatedly just go away whenever I come to look at the computer.
Last week, I helped a student who was having issues with his laptop. Multiple programs had frozen, but he hadnât saved his paper, and luckily I was able to get it working long enough for him to save three straight days of work that he otherwise wouldâve lost. Itâs worth noting that I spent most of the time I was trying to fix it whispering, âCâmon, baby, work with meâ at his computer, because⌠just because, okay. Itâs what I do, it works, donât question it.
Anyway, I was around late at work last night, waiting for my ride, when the student worker came back to my office and said there was a small group of students looking for me, and could I give them a hand even though I was off the clock?
Sure, why not.
I came out to find a group of six students, including the guy I helped last week, at a table clustered around one laptop. I rolled up, said, âHey, what can I help you with?â, and the guy said, âCan you just hang out here for a second?â
Sure, my dude. Iâm off the clock, Iâm listening to a podcast, I can chill at a table with your group until my ride shows up, if you want.
So I spend some time flipping through my phone, only half paying attention, figuring theyâre finishing something up and theyâll ask their question as soon as theyâre done. But after a minute, the guy says, âIt worked!â and there was a chorus of excitement from the rest of the group. They all thanked me, and excused themselves to go back to class.
Turns out they had a group presentation, and the laptop they were trying to present from had froze up on them. Not knowing what to do, this guy apparently told his group there was a computer wizard in the library, and that merely being in my presence might be enough to fix it. To be fair, he⌠was not wrong.
I just find it delightful that this has become such A Thing that students are now seeking me out. Not to ask a question, or get some help, but just to stand near their device and share my mythical computer-fixing aura. Itâs like being a terribly benign cryptid.
I am the reverse of this.
Everyone may *think* they hate country music, but when Jolene, Before He Cheats, Take Me Home Country Roads, or Life is a Highway comes on, everyone is suddenly a liar.
I know this is a funny post but
There are a few major points in Country Musicâs history that got the entire genre labeled as âannoyingâ
Post 9/11 nationalism
A term that I couldnât make up âBro-Countryâ which intensifies themes of booze, objectifying women, and partying that were present in past decades but not to such an extent
This is Gospel Music But With an Accent
Now looking at the songs op listed there is
A woman pleading to another woman
A woman wrecking a shitheads life
A guy loving the scenery of where he lived
A song that could easily be mistaken for a number of other genres
But it is easier to say that one hates country while privately enjoying select songs than explain why one doesnât like the current market oversaturated with our nationâs problems of nationalism, sexism, and so on
see also jhonny cash/willie nelson era songs which were deeply emotional stories often about painful and deep subjects. prison, loss of loved ones, hard labor, facing despair, passion. âghost riders in the skyâ and the like are also deeply satisfying as they bridge more into folklore then âmurica fuck yeah im sponsored by bud light yallâ another example- âmidnight in montgomeryâ where hank williams junior sings about the ghost of his father
â ⌠And felt the wind die down, And a drunk man in a cowboy hat, Took me by surprise, Wearinâ shiny boots, a nudie suit, and haunted, haunted eyes, He said: âFriend, itâs good to see you, Itâs nice to know you careâ Then the wind picked up and he was gone, Was he ever really there? âCause when the wind is right, Youâll hear his song, Smell whisky in the air, Midnight in Montgomery, Heâs always singinâ there, â the reason we âhate countryâ is because we know its supposed to have FEELING and its infuriatingly absent now
what is the truth
theyâre married you asshole
u right, my bad
thats their lesbian daughter
Reblog if you support the gay papertowel dads and their lesbian paper towel daughter
i dont think whites understand how being white makes literally everything easier.
it effects everything.
being trans is easier when youre white.
being gay is easier when youre white.
being disabled is easier when youre white.
being a woman is easier when youre white.
being autistic is easier when youre white.
oppression is eased when you are white, as you get extra privileges, and your whiteness is seen as a positive characteristic that in some ways counter-balances your other forms of being a minority. whiteness controls everything.
you are automatically way more innocent in your own oppression as a gay, trans, disabled person because of your whiteness.
never forget this.
three things:
1. itâs true
2. white people get pissed when i bring this up/wear this shirt
3. the comments to this thread melted my fucking eyeballs seriously why the fuck are yâall like this

Iâm just going to leave this hereâŚ
im on mobile, can someone make one that adds âjewsâ
Done
Cowards wonât reblog this version.
yo why do adults try to tell middle schoolers not to dye their hair or cut it weird or dress strange. Middle school is the most miserable time of anyoneâs life, let them have fun and get a mohawk or something. They donât have colleges to impress or a boss to worry about. Theyâre 12. Let them be less miserable with their blue hair and bad fashion (so long as itâs weather appropriate! I donât want anyone wearing only a tshirt and jeans in winter!!!) It wonât kill you to let your kid exercise some control over their appearance that literally will not follow them their whole lives. Who cares if your kid wants to wear unprofessional clothes. Theyâre a kid, they donât need to be professional.
