I'm curious. I love music probably the most, but I stopped writing and singing for a long time. In that time, I learned about things that helped me build my character, but I still don't know how to use it in a way that expresses me more than words can. And those words can be misused and misinterpreted. How do you make music your own representation of yourself and the universe, and make it so that no one can question whether it's truly you?
Emulate. We see things the way weβve SEEN things in some way shape or form. The things that you see or feel as IDEAL, youβve in some way felt that way before by something else that made you feel that way. Ex: I like the way DβAngeloβs music makes me feel. So if I want to replicate that feeling, I identify theΒ βideasβ in the music that may have produced that feeling, and I utilize those ideas to produce my original thoughts or emotions. Very much still an original thing, but inspired none the less. Your unique voice will find its way out of what you produce. Trust the process....Iβm learning this as well

Decision Making 101: Sacrifice
Been learning a lot about life decisions lately. If itβs not aΒ βhell yesβ then its a NO. I suppose there ARE exceptions because you do have to sacrifice for folks but all Iβll say is, make sure those people are worth sacrificing for.Β
Also, the people hardest to say no to are the people closest to you. Those are the people closest enough to discourage you and disguise it as care. Those are the people who have uninformed wisdom to solicit and when you take your well-informed route, they antagonize you. Doing YOU will sometimes seemingly cost you valuable relationships but DO YOU anyway....those same people will come around when your hard work pays off, and if they don't....then they dont deserve to reap the benefits I suppose
