-Every time before a date with Topper, Sarah sends a mirror picture to Kelce. Kelce gives the brutally honest word: "The shoes don't work, change them, and don’t wear your hair down." Along side that, Sarah is the only person Kelce lets critique his outfits. He knows if she says he looks like he's trying too hard, he’s definitely wearing something ridiculous.

-They’re so naturally in sync that Topper constantly feels like a third wheel.

-Because they aren't dating and there's no romantic pressure, they can be their ugliest, most unpolished selves. Sarah doesn't mind if she has mascara smudged or is wearing baggy sweatpants, and Kelce doesn't feel the need to posture or act "tough" for her.

-When Topper and Sarah argue, they both go separately to Kelce for advice. He's essentially a double agent, playing therapist for both sides without telling either of them what the other said.

-Sarah is the one who keeps Kelce's grades just high enough to stay on the social ladder. She’ll sit on his bedroom floor, doing his homework, listening as him and Rafe argue in the room over.

-Topper tries to play into the tough rich boy stereotype, but Sarah and Kelce have an unspoken language of glances. If Topper says something dumb, they don't even have to look at each other to know the other is thinking the exact same thing. A single smirk from Kelce is enough to send Sarah into laughing fit.

-If Sarah can't sleep because Rafe is being loud or Topper is being annoying, she just texts Kelce "Up?" and they’re immediately on the phone, talking about absolutely nothing until she drifts off.

-There’s a specific spot on the dock where they hide whenever they're dodging responsibilities. If Topper is looking for Sarah, he never checks there because he thinks it's "too quiet" for her. Kelce has a pack a beer and some food stashed for them so they don’t have to leave until they want to.

-When Rafe tries to talk trash about Sarah, Kelce is the first one to shut it down. As much as he respects his friendship with Rafe, Sarah is his number one and he’d always choose her over him.

-During one of Rafe and Kelces fights, Kelce snuck over to Tannyhill and climbed through Sarahs window so they could still hangout without Rafe knowing.

-Kelce is the only person brave enough to tease Rafe about his anger issues to his face. Sarah just watches in silence, holding her breath, waiting to see if Rafe will snap or laugh. 90% of the time, Rafe just sighs and calls him an asshole.

-Even though Topper is Sarah's boyfriend, if they are walking in a group and a car drives by too fast, Kelce is the one who instinctively grabs Sarah's elbow to pull her toward the sidewalk.

-Rafe is incredibly possessive of who Sarah hangs around, but he makes a weird exception for Kelce. He trusts Kelce with Sarah because he knows Kelce sees her in the same way Rafe does. When Sarah and Kelce get into an argument, Rafe actually mediates, usually by threatening to kick them both out of the house.

-Kelce, Rafe, Topper, and Sarah originally had a groupchat together but they ended up kicking Topper out to trash him.

-If any guy tries to hit on Sarah at a party while Topper is busy playing beer pong, Kelce immediately "accidentally" spills a drink on the guy or starts a loud, distracting conversation about something obnoxious to scare them off.

-When Sarah and Kiara stopped being friends, Kelce was who she went to first.
