Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 slices of bacon. 4 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Toothpicks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined. Lay each chicken breast flat and season with salt and pepper. Spread a generous portion of the cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast. Roll up each chicken breast tightly, securing with toothpicks to keep the stuffing inside. Wrap two slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, ensuring the ends are tucked underneath. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the bacon is crispy. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
