These delicious grilled beef skewers will make your BBQ a meat lover's dream. The marinade gives the meat the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and smoky tastes. Meat Is Murder Barbecue Aprons are a great way to show how much you love grilling. Funny and unique grilling aprons.

Ingredients: 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into skewer-friendly chunks. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Metal or bamboo skewers, soaked in water.

Pour the marinade over the beef chunks in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Make sure all the pieces are well coated before sealing the bag. Leave a little space between each piece so that they cook evenly. Turn the skewers over every so often for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is done the way you like it and has a nice char.
