Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary. Coat each bacon-wrapped chicken breast with the brown sugar mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
