There’s no problem for asking for help!!

If you’re having a panic attack, try to distract your mind by doing little thing. Usually, something I do is doodling on my legs! Take a sharpie and do little waves on your legs try. 

Try to breath by following the gif, it will also help you to calm and focus back..
